Great, Aside from Tad low volume

This headset is overall amazing, comfortable, light, great sound quality, no buzzing or ringing(some wireless headsets have this issue), but the volume on the headset doesn't go up as far as others. The maximum volume is still great just not completely up to par with other brands (85-90% of other headsets.)

    Amazing Headset with Amazing Comfort!

I got this headset in today and used it for working and gaming. with working I take a lot of zoom calls which can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The comfort with these are unmatched. They are extremely light, and the strap with mesh mechanism makes it feel like nothing is on top of your head. These will bleed sound though so if you are in an office i’m not sure i’d recommend. In gaming i typically play FPS, and some say open back isn’t great for FPS but i strongly disagree. The wider soundstage makes all the difference when trying to place footsteps. I’m able to pinpoint where people are with ease (there are some settings in the swarm app that help as well). Microphone quality is great. I needed to switch it to clarity in swarm for it to sound the best with my voice but i think most will be suited for the full preset mic eq. Sound quality is great as well, people said these do not get loud but i could not disagree more. Some notes: I’m playing on a PC and i have not tested on console. Your eqs save to the headset (at least from the pc application but i have not tested with the phone application). These will not work wirelessly on xbox but will work wired. No simultaneous wireless/bluetooth. I don’t care for this but i know that others do. No sidetone hiss! You can turn it as loud as you want and you will not hear that audible hiss that most headphones suffer from. All in all I am loving these headphones. They fit my needs perfectly. I have tried many headphones over the last 3 years and these are up there with the best.

Super comfortable headphones that work great with PS5, PC and Apple TV.

I have been testing headphones and earbuds for years and rarely find anything I enjoy using for long. These are super comfortable (even on my large head) and they work seamless with my PlayStation 5 with the included wireless dongle. I wish they had a smidge more volume for some games, but it depends on the game and audio settings. No drop outs and no distortion. The mute button on PS5 controllers mute the mic. By clicking one button, they switch over to Bluetooth mode. I have them paired with my Apple TV for music playback and video watching. They get even louder in Bluetooth mode while still sounding phenomenal. These are open back headphones but they still manage a decent about of bass. I find these sound better and are vastly more comfortable than Beats Studio Pro and Beats Solo 4. Apple AirPods Max might sound better (if you are looking for more bass) but these feel so much lighter and comfortable, plus they are truly open sounding. I feel these get louder than all of those, at least for Apple Music playback. No distortion witnessed on any device. I attached the dongle to a Windows device and got everything updated there, although there is a mobile app for iOS and Android with most of the features. I haven't done any PC gaming, but I had no issues with the Swarm II app.

world's first OPEN BACK wireless gaming headset

The sound out of the box is surprisingly good. It's reasonably compliant to a neutral target curve, with elevated bass and treble but not too much. Bass extension is good for an open back, sounds like it starts falling off around 50hz. What really stands out are the spatial qualities; the imaging and staging are actually really good. If you take the earpads off, the drivers are really aggressively angled, which is what Sennheiser also has done in some of their headphones, that is probably a big reason how it's able to stage and image so well. It's an extremely light headphone, and the clamp is relatively light. The adjustment is done by adjusting the slack of the suspension headband with velcro, which is comfortable but doesn't provide as much range of adjustment as a traditional-style headband. So depending on the size of your head YMMV. For me it was really comfortable. The software is buggy, and it keeps turning on a setting I don't use when I open it. I just don't bother with the software after I updated the firmware, since I don't really need the features. Also one more note about the comfort, it's actually a little less breathable than most open-backs, kind of closer to a semi-open back. But still a lot more breathable than closed backs. I've been looking for exactly this kind of product for years - an open-back wireless gaming headset with low latency. And I'm happy that it sounds good and doesn't have any major issues for me. Minus 1 star for the buggy software. Just keep in mind, buying a newly released headphone is always a bit of a risk - always possibility of manufacturing or design defects. I would still recommend this headphone for anybody looking for a wireless open-back, or a low-latency gaming headset for PC/PS/Switch. And for anybody looking for a wireless open-back gaming headset, this is the only one on the market rn as far as I'm aware.

Works great, feels great, sounds great

They're really light & the audio quality is wonderful. I like the volume knob and how the buttons are laid out. They were cheaper than the alternatives I considered, and I'm glad I got them.

    Best headset I've had

Fits nice and is comfortable around the head, settings are easy to use and access. Its AI noise-cancelling feature is insane.

I want to love this headset but I can't

For one the software and installation was a hassle and a pain. Installing the audio drivers bricked my audio pc for a minute and it somehow disabled the microphone on its own. I had to re-enable it in the device manager of windows. The sound quality on these are amazing they really are crisp. Problem is these things are way too quiet. I have to set the windows slider to about 80 to 100 percent for them to be at a decent loud level which also just make these bleed like crazy. Compare these to my corsair void pros and i have to keep the volume at around in the 30s before they get deafening. Just ended up sticking with my void pros of 9 years.

    Amazing.

This product is absolutely amazing, the comfort is next level, the mic is good as well. Lastly, the sound quality is suberb, having an option to use it wirelessly, wired, or through a USB/Bluetooth is very nice.

Design feature vs not - IE Open backed vs Close backed

These phones sound great. Had a little issue initially getting them set up. Partially user error :) But once you get them set up they are quite nice. Even quite useable for some initial music work in my studio software. The only tiny little annoyance I have is the volume knob could have a finer resolution. one click on the knob moves the percentage by 5 and not one. But now to the title. These do not noise cancel well at all.... BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO! Open back headphones by design do not noise cancel nearly as well as closed back headphones. If you are looking for something that truly isolates then open back is not for you. I have seen many reviews complaining about being able to hear outside noise and my question is then why did you buy an open backed headset?
