Expect to take some time to put the 4 L bars in, the help of a 4-year-old is necessary as adult hands just don't fit to where you must put the mounting nuts in. I managed to get it done in about an hour. The rest of the case went together lickity split. If you are going to put this in your work area, you will need to buy a new silent fan as the AC on included sounds like a tubo prop airplane in your otherwise quiet HomeLab. Don't get me wrong, it's an EXCELENT choice for a rack, just know these things in advance and you will be incredibly happy with the choice.

To start, I ran into an issue with the original item I received. Customer service was quick, responsive and very understanding and did everything in their power to resolve my issue. I am very happy with the entire process. The cabinet itself is sleek, well designed, easy to put together and exactly what I was looking for. Seems to be made of great quality, the included accessories are very nice (fan, shelf, powerstrip) and overall a great purchase. I like that they have so many variations to choose from to fit your project, the 12U wall mount I purchased is perfect for me. Highly recommend this company, not only for the quality of equipment they offer but the fact that support is responsive and willing to help if anything arises.

The unit was nice. I don’t understand why the grey colored one was free shipping but the black one was $70. There were a bunch of nuts and bolts that were not needed for basic assembly but included to throw massive confusion during assembly. It would have better if the instructions were not included in the package. It was not helpful. More to the point that the parts were not organized in a way that would make the instructions useful. The unit itself is great once I got it together. I would recommend alcohol to make it fun so you don’t end up annoyed like I was.

I Love this rack! It's beautiful and is it sturdy! The panels are beautiful and well made. I would buy again and again. All parts need are in the box, perfectly packed and protected. This thing is great! Mine is not Fully setup yet but I'm tired. Took me about 2 hours. The main part went together easy. The inner racks took some time to figure out how much I wanted to set back and shelf heights I needed. Wonderful kit! Thank you Sysracks.
