The biggest problem I found is the brightness, or lack there of. No matter what I did with settings nothing made the screen brighter. Its so dim I found myself squinting at the screen all the time while reading. I can read very well on my Boox Palma and my Boox Page. So I thought I'd be able to read better on this because its so much larger. But no I could not. This screen is extremely dim. I read the owners manual, looked on line. Asked in some Boox groups on line. Nothing helped. Either I got a defective one, or this just cannot be made bright enough for me to comfortably read. Very disappointed. I absolutely love my Boox Palma and my Boox Page, so I expected this device to surpass those two, but it didnt even come close to the quality of those two devices. Sadly after 1 frustrating day of trying to use this device, it's being returned.

Wish they offered the bundles like they do on the official site but I love this tablet. I have the na3 and tab ultra c pro and like this one the best. Sometimes I miss the front light but not often. The bumped up resolution and the lack of gap between the screen and text is wonderful. It’s great to write on and read. Very happy and it was cheaper than the other two.
