I found it easier to back up in sections than all at once the app is easy to use. Perfect for clearing up space in your phone especially for someone with a lot of pictures.

The EATOP USB3.0 Flash Drive is very well made, with a solid metal exterior, and firm clicks as it slides from the Lightning connector to the USB-A connector. It also includes a very handy Lightning to USB-C adapter and a strap so that you can connect the adapter to the drive so you don't misplace it. When connected to an iPhone or iPad a notification will pop-up indicating you need to download the uBackup app in order to backup your phone. Once installed the app works well to upload your pics, albums & contacts to the drive. So why only 4 stars? When you connect the drive to an Android phone or your PC, the drive is not recognized unless you play with the connector by jiggling it back and forth, and then sometimes, it's recognized - not a satisfactory solution. Bottom line, for an iPhone or iPad it's great - 5 stars. For Android or PC, 4 stars if you can get it to work consistently, but 3 stars if you cannot, as at least you still have a quite usable Lightning to USB-C connector. Note: Due to my initial drive not working at all with my Android phone or PC, the vendor was quite repsonsive and good enough to send a replacement drive. While this works somewhat better with the Android phone and PC, whether the intermittent connectors will continue to work is a question. Regardless, 5 stars for excellent customer service!

It's difficult to say much about a memory stick, really -- I mean, it does its job or not, right? In this case, this provides 32 GB of memory easily and reliably, and that's pretty much all we need to know. Now, this particular one does have some added advantages of having three different adapters, so that's nice to have for various devices, and it come preinstalled with common folders you would use if you were to use it formally as a backup device. All well and good, but maybe a little too much bells and whistles if you're just looking for a simple memory stick. In my case, I'm wondering where I'm going to store the separate USB-C adapter, since (knowing me) that will be easily and probably lost soon. The rundown ... Quality -- Looks great, feels well-made. Nice little box it comes in too. 5/5 Utility -- Works great and easily. 5/5 Parity -- The price seems comparable to other similar devices. 5/5

The upload speed onto this USB stick was +/- 2mb/s. It took a little over 16 mins to upload 21gb of photos on a computer capable of speeds much greater than what I specified. In a nutshell, I'd say this is a quality drive for a great price, but you must be patient if uploading a large amount of data. **I only used the USB and USB-C ends as I do not own any iOS devices with a lightening port.

This mobile phone's external storage is practical. It can help me store photos and files. It is easy and convenient to use.
