I tried and failed. to connect it between my router and my Chamberlain Smart Garage Control. If you buy this, buy a Microscope also to read the directions.

Installation instructions are completely useless... ridiculously small print, they show diagrams of how to hook it up, but they don't say which port to connect with...So, I have no clue what to do next, but return it. Wasted time and money. Typical with Chinese products.

Just installed this extender. Speed test was barely 18mbps. Do t even waste your money or time.

I was looking for something to extend my wifi so when I was in my shop and outside I'd have good signal. This did the trick and at a great price. Plugged in, put in my wifi password, and I was connected. It was that easy.

This product is used as base to hardwire devices not close to my router. I noticed that the wifi it repeats speed is not good. Especially for upload speeds. But hardwired it performs pretty good with decent speeds down and upload. So this item can be great or a nightmare depending your need of use.

I could not get this to work. It actually seemed to go through the configuration the first time I tried and I certainly could have been doing something wrong. The item is completely unbranded. There is no manufacturer named on the box, the item, or the instructions, so no way to try to get any support or look up more detailed information. The instructions might be sufficient if all goes well the first time, but they are definitely minimal Here is the kicker, it says to insert pin to reset, which is pretty common, but there is NO hole anywhere on the item. So I gave up and ordered a name brand which I have used before for not too many additional dollars. This one is going back.

Went through the entire set up process and connected to multiple outlets within the home some further to the Wi-Fi modem, and then on the furthest side of the house, recognizes the name of the device, but doesn’t connect to the Internet. 100% trash and does not work.
