* Tons of outlets and USB ports: Perfect for charging everything from laptops to phones. * Long cord: Reaches those hard to get to outlets. * Flat plug design: Fits easily behind furniture. Great for home offices, dorm rooms, or anywhere you need extra power!
- Here, There, & Everywhere2024-06-03Great Design. Stable Base, Nicely Spaced Outlets, & Flat Plug/Cord
This tower power strip, which is also a surge protector, is great. The spacing of the outlets leaves room for chunkier box-end plugs and the sideways orientation of the prong slots makes sure that there's room for the longer box plugs as well. I also like that this tower style has the USB/cable ports at the bottom (away from the outlets/plugs). Sometimes power strips/towers have the ports too close to some of the outlets, but not this style. Nice! The wider base that contains the USB ports also makes this tower more stable and less likely to tip, even though the tower is lightweight. I have a different tower that I got a couple of years ago, and that one gets top heavy and easily tips. That's why I appreciate this design better. The super flat cord and plug is great. Most often my wall outlets are lurking behind my furniture, so I love the flat plug & cord design. This makes it so that I can have my desk/furniture pressed right up against the wall with out having to worry about a big plug or really thick round cord sticking out too far. The plug & cord really aren't any thicker than a standard baseboard depth, so that means the furniture can butt right up against it. There really aren't any issues that I have with this power strip tower. It works well, it's designed well, and it has a lot of outlets & cable ports.
- Jenny BK2024-06-08Amazing with 1 caveat
So excited to have this for my office. The Cord length is so Long and is made of durable material. The tower is impressive I only started getting 2 outlet with 2 USB c adapters and they were not working well and the cord was incredibly short. I love the appearance of this. I have used it on my USB c chargeable items which I have almost 20. I say 1 caveat and it's reg charging my JBL charge 4, I've only used my computer to charge it and I was really worried when i forgot about it my husband said it's not charged and it was over 24 hours. If you have these you know they take 4 hours tops. I knew something was not right. You may say it was my speaker but no it was fine once back in the computer. I thought the charge was too high or ... I don't quite understand but I don't feel comfortable using it with my fav possessions. I recommend finding a place you can safely rest your items as you don't want them pn the floor. I have only 2 other concerns and that is my utility bill as I always get major brand names with UL listing I didn't see any UL. So I worry about my property all of it, I don't want any fires. So that's 3 caveats.
- Oldporkchops2024-06-04Able To Connect Multiple Devices Including USB Ones
I like this surge protector power strip because it has a relatively long, flat head extension cord. This has two advantages. First, it can be plugged behind a bed or a shelf or a piece of furniture without much concern for the piece of furniture needing to be offset off the wall because the plug of the extension cord is not flat. There's no issue with a flat head extension cord because the plug head will be flush against the baseboard trim piece. Also, the length of the extension cord gives the user much flexibility on how far away from the wall socket the power strip can be placed. What I really like about this power strip, in addition to the surge protection features, is the arrangement of each of the outlets. They are stacked vertically and each face has only three per row. This reduces the possibility of an AC adapter blocking access to an outlet. While it might not be that ideal of a placement, the USB ports are placed at the bottom. Overall, given how thoughtfully designed this surge protection power strip is, I do recommend it.
- Mikeh7272024-05-29Great power tower
I really like this power strip. Having both USB-A and USB-C is nice, and when I plug my phone into the UAB-C ports, it says it is fast charging, so that's nice. I don't like to buy any extension cords without a flat plug on it anymore since you never know where you might want to use it, especially when travelling, and the 10-foot cord on this is great. While it's great for a desk, I have a center kitchen island that is fairly large but only has two outlets, one on either end. Many kitchen appliances come with fairly short cords, so if you want to use them on the island, you're limited in where you can use it. With the 10-foot cord on this, I can reach my whole island with power depending on which end I plug it into. It's way better than a normal extension cord. We do take it with us in our camper as well, but that's mostly to use the USB ports to charge things. Overall great power station!
- YR2024-07-01perfect for traveling
Compact and light enough to use as a travel companion. It provides you with many charging options. Works great and it is well made.
- DLL2024-06-22Very good product
This is a very good charging tower. It is well designed. I am glad it has surge protection. The cord length is great and I really like the flat plug, very convenient. I like that the tower has a lot of 129 volt receptacles but it only has four usp ports. I think it would have been better if one side of the 120 volt receptacles would have been multiple usp ports. You can overload this with so many 120 volt receptacles. This is a small enough tower for travel. Overall this is a very useful item.
- MJ2024-06-18Great outlet placement
This power strip tower is exactly what I needed for our guest room. We have a lamp and TV plugged in and needed a place for people to charge their phones and computers in the same outlet. The placement of the outlets is great for getting all that's needed into them. It is also nice that it plugs in flat into the wall. It doesn't tip easily either. I'd recommend this, for sure.
- E P2024-06-16Convenient form factor with lots of outlets
This surge protector power strip has a great form factor. +Flat end plug works well behind furniture +Long extension cord +Outlets are placed on 4 sides so that larger plugs can fit +Includes 2 USB C & A ports on 2 sides for a total of 4 each - more than any other power strip I've found +Surge protection included +Reasonably priced at $25
- Belt and Suspenders2024-05-28Vertical power strip with USB A and C ports – with on/off switch
I have other vertical power strips that are larger, so they can handle multiple chargers/transformers on a side. This more petite power strip can fit 3 regular lamp-type plugs on each of its 4 sides. It has enough space for smaller chargers/transformers. I plugged 12 night lights into it and all outlets worked. Of course, this did not draw much power, so I cannot assess that aspect. User gets to decide whether this smaller size will suit your needs. The device is nicely designed. The thin, flat plug is an advantage. The device has 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports on each of two lower edges. These edges are at the front when the power cord is at the back. One caveat: on another lower edge, the device has an on/off switch. Generally, this is a good thing. The indicator light could easily be overlooked. Be sure the device is turned on if you rely on it to charge other devices. I put a nightlight on one side so I can easily determine when the device is switched on. Rating: very good My scale: 5 star = excellent (or has a special feature), 4 star = good/ very good (does what it should. I rarely use the term ‘perfect.’
