My old one has a large scratch on the glass from a scanned page with a staple. I thought it would be a good idea to replace it with the same scanner. That was a mistake. These scanners are no longer supported by Fujitsu and the drivers don't work with Windows 10 or higher. Mine came without the paper feeder (I just used the one from my old scanner). I was able to get it working using Microsoft Scan. Can't use ScandAllPro anymore. Buyer beware.
