I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome. Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. "Connection failed". Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line... Live Chat... was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

I don’t often review, but I’m very excited about this camera! I was in a rush to go out of town, and set up took mere minutes. I keep it plugged in, so I’m not sure about battery life, and I have not use a SD card in it. App is easy to use. Motion alerts. Video quality is great, imo. Zoom and camera movement controlled in the app is great. I have used this camera to monitor chickens from 300 miles away. Audio seems to be acceptable, but maybe a little quiet. Sounds good if you are the one in the room with the camera, but a little quiet when you’re receiving audio from the camera. I’ve only played with audio once though. I was able to hear my boyfriend talking while was working in the “coop”. Very happy overall! Happy with performance, range of view, and ability to control from app !

Easy to hook up. Seems to want to always track to the right when it goes into rest mode instead of staying center. It will track but is 'jittery'. There is quite a bit of lag-time when you try to operate remotely by phone. The zoom feature is pretty good, and the night vision is decent. It's quiet, and it gets the job done, so all in all not a bad inexpensive unit.

Good investment. I thought it was wireless, but it needs to be plugged in at all time. Otherwise really cool. I was impressed at the picture quality and ease of use

Litokam has the best customer service ever! I ordered the wrong camera and contacted them. Iris, the person who helped was AMAZING! She is sending me the correct camera with no fee. As for the camera that I did order, it worked great but needed an outdoor camera and not an indoor one. It was easy to set up and has good picture quality. I think that in today’s day and age, good customer service makes for long term customers.

So the camera itself is great. It gets a wide view of my kids room. However, it won't track movement. It did for the first 10 minutes then it stopped and won't do it again. I have reset it and have the motion and tracking motion on but won't track. That is the main reason I bought it. So I am disappointed in that. I like the camera but would love it more if it tracked and moved around. Will update if it gets fixed or if the manufacturer/sell contacts me.

For $20/ per camera and local data storage this is a great deal. I bought two, honestly, the first camera was hard to set up, but the second camera paired immediately. The first camera had issues being recognized by the app, and then issues wifi paring. It took probably 30 minutes. As others stated the sound sensitivity is really delicate, even on low sensitivity. Today alone I received 100 notifications. The motion and tracking is good. The night vision is good. There are options for sd or hd recording. There are presets for aiming the camera in different angles at different timeframes. There is also a privacy feature so it will stop recording when this is on. The camera is not discrete. Depending on why you need a camera in the first place will determine if this is a pro or con. For me, it’s a positive . I entertain and so I do know whom enters the house. So if they decide to get nosey they will see the surveillance and think twice.

I liked it a lot, I bought it to use it with my pets (and check out the pranks they get up to) and so far we think it's great. The application is easy to use and configure, and the camera image is clear during the day and in night vision. I would love for the camera to do some things, however, when reviewing its characteristics it does not say that it does them. So it's just what I paid for and just what I bought. Highly recommended for home use and those who do not need many things from a camera. // Me gustó mucho, la compré para usarla con mis mascotas (y revisar las travesuras que hacen) y hasta ahora nos parece genial. La aplicación es facil de usar y configurar, la imagen de la cámara es muy clara tanto de día como en visión nocturna. Me encataría que la cámara hiciera algunas cosas, sin embargo a la hora de revisar sus caracteristicas no dice que las haga. Así que es justo por lo que pagué y justo lo que compré. Muy recomendada para uso en el hogar y para quienes no necesitan muchas cosas de una cámara.

So we all have those moments where our kids will tell a story or blame stuff on the dogs..we had that issue where they were telling us basically that none of them went into anything, but stuff would be missing (expensive meal options to be included), so basically it left just the dogs. well, we know the dogs won't open the refrigerator because they haven't been trained to do that! i bought the camera because i was sick of the lies. i found the burglar fair and square with this camera! at first they didn't know it was there, so it was an easy catch. i can watch it in real time, watch recordings, and it even picks up motion/when it sees a person. it has night vision as well, which is a bonus. you can talk through it via 2 way speakers, and you can also spin it around in different directions to point it in the targeted direction.
