Looks brand new. Works good, it charges fast and the Camera is clear & you can connect easily. The motion detection you have to adjust to how you want and very easy to install.

Arrived exactly when they said it would. The doorbell was in like new condition. Super easy setup and has been working flawlessly since.

We needed to immediately install cameras all around our house. We ordered 3 and they were shipped overnight, picked up in a locker near our home. Work great and would definitely not hesitate to purchase refurbished again.

My Ring doorbell is great but it was missing the screws to attach my doorbell wires. Winding my way through the Ring app, I was able to chat and given directions to get spare parts. For 2 tiny screws you end up on Amazon having to order a complete kit for $9.00 with shipping. A complete waste of time, easier for me do a homemade fix. AI is destroying customer support. That was my original review, after giving only 3 stars. Customer support arranged a call and stepped up to make sure I was totally satisfied. The staff was very through and made sure I was happy.

We love our ring doorbell and all the features and the other items like doorbell cameras on the outside of the house and things that you can add to your ring security plan very inexpensive But it’s needed for home security I love how easy it is to see at night time with my brand, new ring doorbell, and all the alerts and the neighborhood watch and all the other great features the ring doorbell has this is a must have for every home, I will be getting cameras to go on the inside of my house next Very satisfied and fast delivery service very pleased

I’m super happy with this purchase. I bought it refurbished and have had zero issues. Battery life has been great. It was delivered on March 3rd. I charged it up and installed it that day. I’m writing this review on June 8th and my battery is still at 25% from that initial charging. It connected to my WiFi easily, and came with a trial subscription to Ring, but I went online and got a subscription to lock in the $4 a month price as the we’re about to have a rate increase. It connects to your Alexa and Firestick so when someone rings the bell it announces it but also puts a live feed in the top right of the TV your watching. There’s an echo in the video because all my Alexa’s announcement it at the same time, lol. It delivers a very clear picture on the TV and your phone. If you get the mount like I have, I drew lines on the inside of the door in pencil so I can always position it in the same place. I also put a little felt pad on the screw part so it doesn’t mess up the door paint. I’m really happy with this Ring doorbell and the money I saved buying refurbished was icing on the cake. Definitely worth the price paid.

so good! now I cann answer my door from anywhere in the world. realistically I am usually in my bed but its a great idea. When I go on my trip next week I will feel secure knowing that my house is being watched. I will likely do the subscription while I am away to see who came and left recorded. . great product - I recommend

it does exactly what it should do . No problem with installation.

Good condition, like new, easy to download and install app. Easy sign up. Noticed that there’s a delay in capturing motion at times. Still a nice purchase for $40.
