When the remote was first delivered, I wasn't looking forward to trying to set it up to my tv. But the instructions that came with the remote was so easy to follow. I had it set up in about 3 minutes. It has been working really well.

Received quickly w complete instructions on how to program. Since wasn’t given remote from Xfinity for the Xi-One Flex box, I was extremely excited to receive remote that controlled both Flex box and my Sanyo TV- including volume! wireless voice easy to access & works flawlessly. Remote comes w batteries, fits easily & firmly in hand. Buttons somewhat small for me & don’t light up as bright as I’d like which is why I chose to also purchase the glow- in- dark remote case. Now I have perfect companions for binge-watching all my fave shows without leaving comfort of my bed!

The input button on my old Xfinity remote wasn’t working well, so I ordered this replacement. Oh.My.Gosh! Pairing it with the cable box and TV was so simple, my 90-year-old mother could have done it! Literally you just point the new remote at your cable box, press the center button a couple of times when prompted, and it’s ready to use. This was such a success, I may buy a second one for our other TV. Comes with 2 AA batteries, and I ordered the backlit version. So easy and it works great!!

Our previous remote was worn out, this replacement was a perfect match to the old remote and at a very good price - and having it delivered to my door by a friendly deliver person added to my satisfaction. My guilt feeling is when I put the worn-out "small" electronics and batteries in the garbage, but not many other easy options in King County, WA.

I ordered this to replace my broken cox contour remote. The Cox store is about 30 minutes away and I couldn’t drive at the time. So I ordered this one and it’s the exact same remote as the one from Cox. The only difference is the name. It works as good as the original remote. Worth the purchase.

Works fine, but the case has a sticky surface which is a bit off-putting

Ordered this to replace a worn out remote for my X1 box. It's identical to the old one and appears to be a genuine Xfinity branded product. Includes batteries, instructions, setup was easy and took all of 10 seconds. Saved me a trip to the Xfinity store and dealing with customer service.

This particular model was the wrong choice for the Xfinity box I have but it's identical to the remote my mom has so at this price, I'm keeping it and giving it to her for her birthday this month. 😆 It's perfect.
