It has just made exactly one year since I purchased this box and it has stopped working. I have reached out to customer service from the company and they have not given me any solution. This really is disappointing. I do NOT like wasting $100 for nothing. Can Amazon solve this issue for me a la refund or replacement? I finally got through to customer service through Amazon and after being on the phone with them trying just to get a replacement unit, I was told I could only get a refund after returning the item, BUT...I am being CHARGED a restocking fee. So after paying $108.00 and change for this crap, I am only receiving $87 back?. This totally sucks. I AM NO LONGER ORDERING ANYMORE ELECRONICS FROM AMAZON EVER AGAIN. VERY TICKED OFF. I HAVE TO LOSE MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE NON REPLACEABLE MERCHANDISE!!!!

I really appreciate this box It has expanded my variety of options as far as tv viewing Need a good internet connection for it to work properly with little buffering . I am enjoying this purchase

the remote doesn't work correctly and the virtual keyboard is a joke. I tried logging in for an hour and I couldn't get pass the 4th letter in my email name because it doesn't work right. Save your money and avoid at all costs.

Update 2.0 … “Stream Live TV” came back after a one-day outage, and remains on. Oh happy day ... Update after 5 months: Still love the box, especially first-run movies and premium TV shows. However, the box does change what it does over time. I used to get 5 or 6 seemingly different streams just for Turner Classic Movies, now all of a sudden, I am down to one stream, and that jumps around and glitches. And yesterday the link for “Stream Live TV” said it was not working, and that is the connection to all premium cable channels, gone. Once that link is gone, it does not come back, not yet anyway, though there are other ways to get at those. The ESPN stream had some issues with sound off, but that is no longer happening. Despite everything, not having a $180 monthly cable bill makes it all worthwhile. All review comments made here earlier still hold true. If I only went by the reviews here, I would never have purchased this item. But my neighbor has used one for years and loves it, and our satellite provider just jacked our bill again, so it was time for a change. I feel foolish for not doing it sooner. Hundreds of streaming channels, many premium. Signal strength varies but in this household that depends on who else is on a laptop. We added a WIFI booster, and the occasional buffering is still there but much quicker. (Example: Yesterday we were watching the Michigan-Ohio State game. There are 5 FOX channels, and when there was buffering on one, we switched to another that had a stronger signal.) Other reviewers have mentioned the remote, and it is rather flimsy and I have to hold mine at just the right angle and height to make it work. No big deal. Signup is a bit cumbersome, but then you never have to worry about it again. Not being able to quickly toggle between channels is annoying, but that’s a small price to pay for never having a satellite bill. All in all, an excellent investment that I have just begun to explore in more detail.

The box has been losing alot of channels as of late. It's lost many movies & TV shows also. Used to be the movies played gd quality now its dark with bad audio. Live TV buffers constantly. And I mean constantly. You cannot make it a few minutes. I have great wifi so it's not that. Nba games are gone also. Events aren't there. Iptv is terrible. It buffers the entire time. Stream TV is a little better. Most of the things here don't work. If it's streaming from placenta it won't work. I like anime. It has no anime. The anime it does have streams on placenta so nothing leaves the title screen. I've had the big for a few years. I've had my complaints but for the most part I like the box but as of late, using it is almost impossible. It won't stop buffering. The things I use it for are gone. Its still alit of things here but the stuff that's been lost lately is killing me. I'm on the verge of grabbing a firestick. Was a gd box until recently.

I wasn’t expecting this to work, I was wrong! The only negative issue I can find is that the remote control isn’t the best. If you have good internet you’re going to love this. I can watch any NFL game I want for free! Being a Steeler fan in Delaware that makes it worth every penny and then some!

I was excited to receive this device (XBMCMart) but once I registered and tried to use the device, I notice it Responded very slowly and was difficult to operate. It was also always buffering. We knew we had a high internet speed and was very annoyed. After several attempts we decided to conduct an internet speed check. That is when we realized our internet speed was not moving as fast as our plan subscription decided. We discovered our modem was outdated and causing slower speed issues with streaming. We updated our modem and performed a new check to make sure it was working; everything was resolved. We tried to plug back in our XBMCMart device to find it had logged us out. We tried several attempts to log back in with no success. We also tried to reset the password. When received a message that an email was sent, but we did not receive any emails to reset our password, and if an email was sent, I have no clue to where. Then, we tried to re-register thr device; which the system will not let us accomplish. We tried to reach out to Amazon who contacted the seller. The hours of operation are 8-5pm M-F. I have a very busy job and those are normal working hours. I missed their one contact attempt (when Amazon asked them to reach out & was monitoring for a response) due to having to work late, and have tried to get them to respond again. So far I have gotten absolutely NO response on either of the methods of contact I have tried and it had been months. So far this purchase had been a complete waste of money which saddens me because it was recommended to me by someone who has one & has had a great experience. I was so excited to get one as well, but now I am starting to regret my purchase.
