This feeder was easy to install and set up. The interface with the phone works great too. The picture is clear. It is also very easy to clean and fill. The squirrels stole the top of mine, and the company replaced it without questions. Great customer service.

I love this bird feeder. The camera is good quality and it’s so much fun to see who comes to visit. The company was super easy to work with when my bracket broke due to some squirrels making their way into the feeder.

Squirrels don’t care about the siren. They’ve learned to even pull off the cover to grab food, too. The device takes pics on its own and saves to “History”. The memory filled up within two weeks so I no longer get pictures (unless I’m watching it live and take them on my own). It appears I should be able to clear History one by one which is tedious…yet Ive tried and the pics remain. The user guide is worthless for troubleshooting and I haven’t gotten any solid responses to the company for my inquiries. Do I need to buy a new memory card? If so, tell me! I don’t want to pay for Cloud storage. If I had rated this during the first two weeks of use, I would have rated 5 stars. I loved opening up the app and finding pics that had been taken throughout the day.

We just love our bird feeder/camera. We had no idea how many different types of birds were around our property until we started using this. It’s super easy to get up and running.

There were a few issues that I had with this bird feeder. First, this is solar powered which means, no sun, the camera stops working. The camera can be removed to be charged, however, how I have this installed, I would have to uninstall it each time to charge the camera. This is the only real problem with it being solar powered. So having to find a spot that not only made sure this panel got enough sunlight to keep the camera powered did take some time but finally found a spot. The other issue had really nothing to do with the feeder but more finding food that my local neighborhood birds would like. Other than those problems, the kids absolutely love looking at all of the birds that come by and eat. The dish that holds the food is plenty deep enough that once it starts getting low, the feeder is able to refill it. The other thing I like about this feeder is we're actually able to get a view if the feeder needs to be refilled. When the dish starts to look a bit empty, its a really good indication the feeder needs to be refilled. The app is very user friendly and what we love is that it has recognized every bird that has come by and tells us what kind it is.

The camera works great and app is user friendly. The feeder seems durable and is strong enough to hold a squirrell. The down side is the design of door on the top made to fill the feeder. There are 2 small screws that can be easily lost and are hard to get unscrewed at times.

I Bought this Smart Bird Feeder with Camera for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it 😍!!! We have a lot of small different birds in our neighborhood and they have always come to our yard to eat from our other bird feeders but, now having this amazing adorable bird feeder with the camera is amazing because not only do the birds love it 🥰 We love it and it makes it more exciting to feed them because now we can see what kind of birds we have and how beautiful and detailed there coats and faces are with the crystal clear pictures it takes 😍!! This camera bird feeder is a must have !!!
