These four brushes are a nice set to have on hand. They aren't super cheap in price, but aren't super cheap quality either. We always have a need for brushes this size, whether for crafting, home maintenance, or basting foods (my wife really hates those silicone-bristle baking brushes, so uses a paintbrush which works better for her). I actually prefer the shorter handle, as when I paint, I hold the brush at the ferrule and hate having a long handle flopping around to catch on things or whatever. They do seem nice quality, with stiffer, dense bristles that are held in quite firmly; I did not notice any loose bristles at all. I also love the real wood handles; they just feel better in hand than plastic handles do. All in all, this is a nice set at a decent price, and would recommend these.

This set of flat brushes surprised me. They are incredibly stiff and firm, and there wasn’t too much flex when I used them. I was pleased that there was zero bristle shedding. The handle is short and thicker than most brushes, but it still fits nicely in my average-sized adult hand. The brushes are cleaned easily with a brush preserver and water. I enjoyed working with the large size of the flat brushes at 1 ½ inches wide. I can think of many purposes I will have for this size brush. The price is excellent, and these brushes are recommended.

I mainly got these brushes to work on various art projects that involve acrylic paints or glues. I found that inspite of being generic/no brand brushes, they actually perform pretty well, and have shown no signs of fraying or disintegrating hairs. The only flaw I found with these brushes is that the ferrule (the metal part) wobbles slightly out of the packaging, which means they aren't crimped tightly enough. Apart from that downside, I'm pretty happy with these brushes and would recommend them to anyone doing mid to larger sized paintings.

I requested these to be book binding glue brushes. I wanted something very firm and flat, so that my glue application would be accurate. I'm very happy with these! The bristles feel high quality and I like that there are four identical brushes, making these a little more disposable if they get gross.

These brushes are working well. Smooth application and loads paint well.

I love these brushes. They are 1.5" wide , so they hold a lot of paint. I've been experimenting with larger, looser painting and I find that these brushes help me with large, expressive marks. I can stay bold and forget about details. I like the shorter handles, they remind me of make-up brushes!
