Very sturdy, does not slip. Large work surface. Loving it!

I ordered this easel for a class I'm taking. It's very lightweight and sturdy enough for my needs. It's easy to carry to my class and I really appreciate the clips that are included that hold the whole thing together when you need to carry it anywhere. It's a very nice feature that I didn't see mentioned in the description or other reviews. The size is just right for me.

Smooth finish, easy setup, easy to store. It was not as heavy I I expected. It was the right size for my larger canvases.

This doesn't have a smooth surface too it, at all. There are also 2 seams across the width that have tiny gaps/cracks between them. It will work for me as I plan on using a piece of thin MDF board on top to tape my drawing/painting to. Other than that, it does seem sturdy and doesn't wobble. For the low price, it will serve its purpose well for me (needed a tilting surface for drawing).

I've had this easel for a couple of years now and I couldn't draw without it. It has eliminated all neck and back pain from bending over my drawings. I don't have the room for a standing easel so the table top version fits my space. This easel is sturdy and has never fallen over on me even though I lean my hand on it while I draw. It can sometimes creep back a little on me after a while but that's easy to deal with. Just put non skid button stickers on the bottom or a placemat that doesn't slip if it is a problem. For me it's not a problem and it so subtle that I don't even know it's happening. It has a nice smooth finish and does not have an oder to it. It is large enough to accommodate some decent sized drawings. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Amazingly, I didn’t but this for the original use it for. I something to hold my latch hook up so I want hunched over constantly while working on it. This worked perfectly. I was able to adjust the height to accommodate where I was on the design and I could put my yarn behind the easel without having to worry that my cats would take off with it. Now, I have been known to do other crafts, so it will be interesting to see how well it would work with them. Actually it was my daughter (who does diamond painting) who suggested that an easel type board might help me. This one looked pretty good and I was right. I’m quite happy. My back thanks you. And it actually motivated me to finish my dragon latch hook since I was procrastinating. I was looking at it every day because it was propped up and not laying down flat. On to the next craft.

This is a good sturdy tabletop easel for the price. I bought it for diamond painting and it works well for all of my projects. I use it with a light pad since the one that came with the light pad is useless. It does gradually slide backwards when I’m using it but that really hasn’t been an issue for me. It might be for some people.

Product ia a gift for my 9 year old grandson.

Helps so much for doing DD pictures!

My wife has found out this is great for holding her recipes while she is cooking so I hope I will be able to use it for it's intended use.
