This was my first set of oil pastels, so affordable and now that I have tried others, I am even more impressed with the creaminess and consistency of these pastels! They are lovely colors and blend easily. I wish I had purchased a set with more colors! An excellent choice to try out oil pastels with, lots of fun!

My initial purchase of this product I was hoping for beautiful pastels that blended with water. So it was a little disappointing when I received it and I realized I didn't read the label thoroughly. However, to those with a similar experience or who want to try these out and know how to use them. Here's how I made them work. After several experiments, I discovered the easiest way to blend them to my liking is with a q-tip. It creates the softest blend and it almost looks even better than the water-solubles. Honestly such good pastels. Im really glad I got them even if it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. If you really put in the effort to work with it, you'll be impressed with how high quality it is. Overall,10/10. I would buy again!

Vibrant and easy to apply

They apply well blends well and wonderful colors. Definitely will buy again. Well worth the price.

The Artecho oil pastels (72 sticks) are easy to use and come in a broad assorted color selection. The pastels are creamy and, of course messy as oil pastels are. I’m learning how to use them so as to their technical aspects I can’t really offer an opinion yet, but they did the job on a piece I was working on.

I bought two of these, one as a gift for a middle aged woman who loves to doodle, one for a 6 year old girl who’s just getting into drawing. Both loved these oil pastels for their satisfying pigment consistency and the variety of colors. The girl has lost several of the pastels, unfortunately. But we still have fun with them! The woman uses them for her therapy sessions and she says she’s very happy with the quality and they have all of her favorite colors, which go beyond the typical assortment. I liked the price too! Pair with a sketchbook for a useful gift:)

SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!!! i've been using these for a couple of months now- they have not let me down once, they're super soft, vibrant (not to fades or to neon), high quality, and generally a great purchase! Included a large variety of colors and the price was GREAT. I highly recommend!!

Able to use to update two welcome signs. Covered it with a clear acrylic after for outdoor use.

Very very high quality oil pencils. Work wonderfully well. Easy to smear, and it does it beautifully!
