This product came with a lot of pieces to assemble to get the banners to fly. There were balloons, including mylar balloons, table cloth. Overall a nice selection of decorations if you've go the time and patience for the assembly.

You never really know when they’re made in China but these were quality decorations and really brightened up our Fourth of July party. Even had a pump to blow up the balloons!

Great decorations for a USA theme party, only bought this and didn’t have to worry about anything else. However the utensils are really small like for a children’s party, and they sent me two packs of forks instead of spoons. Good for the price, but definitely not the best.

This a great set with plenty of decor items for the price! They are good quality and construction, easy to hang and fold up small for storing. I plan to hang them for our party tables and balloon columns both indoors and outdoors. Other than the latex balloons, you can easily reuse all of these items again! Great for more than just the 4th! Memorial Day - Labor Day great usage! I love that it comes with the air pump for the balloons and even a device to make hand tying easier. Comes with balloon dots and glue to make garland as well.
