This widdle wadder is super adorable and every car should have one!

My roomie's 2006 Honda Element is a true overlanding rig. Granted, the land it overs is the potholes of St Paul, Minnesota, but that counts, right? Anyways, as we all know, a true overlanding rig ABSOLUTELY needs a ladder on the back, to protect you from bears, who, as we all know, are not allowed on ladders by the Federal Ursa Climbing Act of 1972. But ladders are heavy, expensive and require work to install! Well, if you weigh under two pounds, look no further than this magnetic ladder. With this, you can climb to safety in your majestic overlanding rig and be safe from even the most deadly cougars of Edina, Minnesota. Okay, jokes aside this is a fantastic gag gift for the truck person in your life who hates truck people.

My plan was to take this through the car wash and then take a picture to see 1. if it made it through the car wash and 2. if any paint chipped or anything like that. However, I didn't quite get there. Two of the magnets fell off from just daily driving and the sticky things that came with, just aren't strong enough to attach to a vehicle.

This widdle wadder is very good quality. It's made of solid aluminum and has a nice matte finish on it. I have banged it around a bit and the finish is still intact. Well done. It comes with 4 little pads to stick to the surface so it won't scratch. I wish these were in a sheet so you could stick them in place then remove the sheet, so they are perfectly aligned. It's a minor complaint and does not require losing a star. The magnets are plenty strong and I have no doubt that it willl stay put.

I like that you can either attach it using the magnets that are within the ladder or use the included adhesive dots. Its as goofy looking as it seems and a great gift for anyone who likes offroading.

As a new SUV owner, all I want to do is mod it out and take it overlanding. But the most important thing to any overland build is to make sure you have a widdle wadder, I mean literally. This is really nice, metal construction and strong magnets. What makes this really nice is also where it gets dangerous. It came with small pads, but if you use the pads the magnets don't work as well. So you'll want to maybe use masking tape to cover the magnets. The metal construction and exposed magnets can make it dangerous when placing and taking it off of a vehicle. BE CAREFUL!

A whimsical piece. I use it on my metal entrance door. It has a strong magnet so I’ll hang some things on this as well. The only negative is that is a bit smaller than I expected.

It is for sure a wee widdle ladder. About the size of my hand. The magnet works pretty well and my husband is please with the quality and sturdiness of it.

All aluminum with magnets pressed in. The size is smaller than i expected though but still will look fun on the back of my van!
