Used a bottle in my 2016 6.7 Ram when the 150 miles to limp mode, service DEF system at dealership light came on. About 60 miles of driving on my way to the dealership it all cleared. Inexpensive fix just pour it in. We’ll see how it goes from here.

Like many, DEF is something of a concern for me and I wanted to extend the longevity of all components. I added a bottle per the instructions and within a few miles I was receiving “Low Quality DEF” warning with mileage to restricted power. That warning went away within a few miles, but 4,000 miles later and 10+ gallons of “expensive” DEF I still get the warning. It also was showing “DEF Empty” message (DEF 50%+) but that has since stopped and it’s reading the correct level. I’m worried a dealer will see this warnings if something happens to the DEF system and not fulfill their obligations under warranty.

Can’t say if it worked one way or another as I used it hoping that my def level sensor code was caused by crystallization but so far it is still active.

Exactly 30 days since pour it on my 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins, so far no more code, 100% Recommended product.

So I spent days under a truck trying to clean def lines, tank, injectors… Could not figure out whats going on. DEF fluid once it sits in a car for a few weeks could crystalize and clog your injectors or lines. This thing worked like magic! Poured whole bottle in def tank started driving toped def off at the gas station drove on interstate for about 2 hr. Code is gone. Been a few days it hasn’t came back! Mine is 3.2L power stroke. Hopefully saved me 1000s of dollars of expensive repairs!

I use this product as directed in my 2021 Ram Cummins. I used it when my death tank got to one quarter and drove about a hundred miles. I then filled my def tank and have used about one quarter of said tank. My light is still on and it is regenerating frequently. I have a second bottle which I will use when my DEF tank gets to one quarter and use as directed, so we'll see if the second treatment works.
