Will save you in a pinch for hundreds of miles.

They recommend you to only use this for 100 miles or less, or 3 days or less. I'm a rideshare driver and I have experienced where there was a tire punctures from nails on two separate occasions and this product completely saved me. I also have the pump that they provide for this which allows for refilling a tire using your cars cigarette outlet as a power source without having to using a jack. I currently make runs without a spare tire or jack. The first time I used this product I had a nail in the tire. The tire was running about 20 psi. I left the nail in the tire and ran this slime product into the tire for about 10 minutes, till it got to 35 psi. I then drove it around as instructed for 15 minutes. The stuff worked amazingly because I ran trips for another 350 miles and left the car sitting overnight before taking the tire in to be patched. They were able to patch it and have my tire pressure sensors working with no problem. The second time was more complex. I had two punctures in the same tire. I was running at night in a rain storm. I initially only knew about the one puncture because it was from a bungee cord tie down. The metal hook had punctured into the rear left tire and half of the cord was still on it. This happened on a night where it was pouring rain with strong winds and just above freezing temperatures when I had passengers in the car and I had to drive a couple more miles to drop them off. The tire wasn't leaking air so I went ahead and dropped them off. I then had to drive 18 miles home on it. I made it home and then I went to cut the hook so that it would not be protruding out when I went to reverse the car. I left enough of the hook in there for it to remain plugging the hole. This caused a rather slow leak to happen overnight. The next day I came out and I put some air into the tire and I drove the car over to get it patched and they said they wouldn't patch it because it was on the outer wall. The puncture happened in the middle of the first water grove channel. They also informed me there was a second nail in the tire which was also producing a slow leak. So I had to seal up my tire myself and wait for a replacement tire to arrive. I used the slime to fill it up from less than 20 psi to 35psi. Even though this was a hook and the remaining hook piece was moving around a bit loosely the slime was able to seal the tire up. I drove it for 15 minutes to ensure it sealed up well. I then ended up driving for over a 1,500 miles on that tire in that form. This was over a period of a week and the tire did not lose pressure. This was in January of 2024. I was driving in rain, in snow, in ice, with salted roads, and the tire never leaked. I was driving in weather that was in the single digits in Fahrenheit. In the end, I waited till it warmed up above freezing temperature and I got the tire replaced and they had no problem replacing it with my tire pressure sensors still working. I recommend that you make sure the slime product is above freezing temperatures when applying though. I have experienced where if the slime is too cold it will not come out of the unit. I have seen the compressor read up to 100 psi and not push the product out into the tire when it was cold.

    Perfect fit

This was the perfect refill for my empty slime cartridge, I noticed when I replaced my old slime bottle the psi read correctly again.

Saved me a tow at night

Got me home with a removed long screw punchure so that I could take it in next morning to have it property patched. Works exactly as designed, and did not cause issue with or damage my TPS monitor. Tire store (they were super awesome btw - The Tire Store in San Luis Obispo) was able to wash out slime easily and patch my tire like any other puncture, all for FREE!

    Sealed my slow leak

The Slime Rescue sealed my slow leak. I had a slow leak that I had been filling every few days for weeks. I put the Slime in and the leak was sealed. You need to have an external source of compressed air to use this product. I used a small electric air pump. The instructions say not to leave the Slime in the tire and go get the tire repaired. I did not do this. I am going to continue to run the tire with the Slime in it. So far it has not had an impact on my TPMS sensor.

    Hopefully it works as advertised

I am older and cannot change a tire and want something to take care of a tire going down on road that is the reason to get this product.

Great product. Remember to get a professional repair within 3 days.

Fantastic that this product is non-toxic and non-hazardous, etc. Please don't forget it is also labeled as harmful or fatal if swallowed. Why do they tell us that last warning? Who would ever drink this stuff? Duh? Other than maybe kids or pets? But as long as nobody has an accidental exposure, it is totally non-toxic and non-hazardous which is very good to know. This can be a fairly easy way to perform a temporary repair that can last up to three days. (Maybe more but you are not supposed to go more than three days without getting a more permanent tire repair done.) It uses Thru-Core Technology as do several Slime products. It is a great technology that they even claim on their website can be stored for up to a TWO YEAR shelf life which is shorter than their other products that do not use Thru-Core technology! However, it would be nice if they had an email reminder service to remind you every two years to toss it out and replace it so you don't get stranded with an outdated container that might not pump or might not seal. Would also be nice if they mentioned how to safely dispose of it on that recurring two year replacement cycle. So all around, a great product - especially if you get flats more often than every two years.

    Works in emergency but…

I liked that it worked but needed to buy a new tire because tire service center could NOT locate the hole due to sealant covering hole so repair patch could not be performed.
