This solar powered dual-fan air mover does exactly what it was designed to do, move air. This is NOT an air cooler; it will not put icicles on your windows or cause a fog when you breathe out. It will however help circulate the air in a small structure like my 7' x 7' storage shed. I was able to place the panel in the center of the roof, there are two separate cords (one for each fan) that reach to each side of the shed. I placed one fan over the side vent, pulling air in from a shaded side, and the other fan on the opposite side of the shed, again over a side vent, pulling hot air out. I checked the temp on the inside of the shed prior to installing fans and again afterwards. Depending on the time of day and the outside temp, there was about 10-15 degree drop in temp inside the shed. I understand that this may not seem like a lot, but when you consider just how hot your car can get on the inside, during a hot day, don't you think a 15-degree drop would be helpful? Now, if you were to add the insulated foam panels on the inside walls and ceiling of the shed the results may be even higher, that is my next step. This all depends on what you store in the shed and how hot it gets in your area, but if I spend good money on garden tools and supplies, I really don't want them to get cooked in just one season. And the plus side is, they run as long as the sun shines on the panel, at night everything turns off, so you need to worry about anything. Are there better fans there? Yeah maybe, but not for this price.

Fans are very quiet but hardly put out any breeze. Hanger for solar panel was extremely hard to attach due to placement of holes.

Moving air in a remote shed is always difficult, but this nice little kit solves the issue. A single 20w solar panel is plenty of power to made these fans do the work. The cord is a good lenght and they have a on/off switch - nice for the cold season. Two fans, each with their own wire. This allow two different placements or in/out at some distance. Standard plugs that are waterproof. My only wish is that you could reverse the direction without taking them out and turning them around. They come with some nice mounting hardware and zip ties but no real installation frame. Bottom line - great fans that power through the air for a small fan and a solar panel that can provide the power to do so. No battery back up, but that's not an issue as it's only needed when the sun is shining, I'm not really concerned about night time.
