Thankfully, I've only had to use this a couple of times. My baby hasn't required their nose to be cleaned in quite some time. However, they had a head cold about 3 weeks ago and this came in handy. The squeeze bulbs are fine, but this can apply constant suction without taking a break. It worked well for my daughter's head cold by effectively removing excess mucus. I also used it after injecting saline solution to help break up that mucus. Overall, the device was fine, and I didn't need to take it above level 3. I think I can go higher when she gets older. There are 3 distinct types of tips, I used the default cone-shaped one. Battery life seems fine. I didn't need to recharge it the entire time. It features a USB-C port for when it's time to recharge and not a proprietary magnetic charger. There's a rubber cover over the USB-C port to stop water from entering it. The cleanup process is easy. You remove the entire top configuration (the tip, collection cup, and secondary cup) and clean that separately. Then put the exposed top into a cup of clean water, remove the outlet cover, press the power button for 3 seconds, and it will flush the line. The cups and tips are easy to clean. Lay them out to dry and rinse and repeat. I have a non-heating bottle dryer I used to speed up the drying process. My only complaint is the size of the unit. It's larger than the electric bottle cleaner I have. That's fine, but it did make things more difficult when traveling and trying to use the device with my baby flailing about. A smaller device would have been easier to use, especially while traveling. That's about it though. Other than the size, this is great, and I much prefer it to the bulb sucker. It's easier to clean, more powerful, and constant.
