I have a 1 year old boy, he still too young to use a toilet so I desided to let him use the stairs whenever he wants to go on a bed. Also good for high platform beds.

We got this seat so that we can start toilet training our toddler (on our actual toilet) the moment she is ready for it. I can’t attest to how easy toilet training is with it quite yet, but in the meantime we tried climbing and sitting on it. First thing I noticed is that the plastic isn’t the highest quality so it does feel kinda flimsy. When she was climbing up the steps she was visibly working to steady herself and was nervous of falling (we have lots of stepping stools in our house that she climbs on and doesn’t show discomfort like that). The seat itself she was very happy and excited to be sitting on and didn’t seem uncomfortable. The way the seat detaches will make it very easy to clean.

My 3 and 5 year old both use this and love how comfortable it is and how easy it is to get up and off the potty. I love this device because it helps my children get on and off the potty with ease and not climbing onto it. The cushioned seat is a plus and the raised front guard prevents my boys from peeing out of the potty. The device was quick and easy to put together as I did it late a night when i was exhausted so my children could use it the next morning and I wouldnt have to worry about them falling in or off the potty. The device is also slightly adjustable so it could fit a range of toilet heights.

This toilet adapter for a toddler and stairs went together super easy. All the plastic parts are big and durable. And also leave no chance of causing injury. The little rubber grommets on the bottom fell out of my base, but they plugged back in super easy. It is shown in the picture above. I recommend putting the sleeves on the inside and the screw on the outside for the adjustments. I highly recommend this thing is awesome.

I would recommend this product with caution and suggest closely supervising your child during use to prevent any accidents.

This item arrived super quickly and nicely packaged. It was very easy to assemble (my 2.5 yr old daughter even helped me!). Quality is nice, not the greatest, but good for the price. One con is that the seat isn’t the easiest to fold down. Once your little one is done with the potty, you’ll have to pull up the seat and fold it down, it doesn’t just fold down from the sitting position. Other than that, not complaints whatsoever yet. It’s easy to use, clean, assemble, is a great size, and light enough for your little one to carry/move from one spot to another.

This ladder and potty seat in one is perfect for toddlers. It's got bright, colorful designs that make potty time a lot more fun. It also has this super handy feature where the ladder folds away easily, and it's easy to install. It's also anti-slip, so I'm confident my kiddo won't fall.

Perfect for potty training.

I needed something that would help my little feel more independent and in control of potty training and this has helped tremendously. The second step is adjustable to accommodate different child ages/height but my main complaint is the screws holding everything into place are plastic. The steps and everything else is plastic, too which normally would be OK but I can see it slightly bow when my 30lb child climbs it. I don't feel like it will necessarily break, but I also don't feel 100% confident in the sturdiness of the steps either. It makes a good stepping stool to help them reach the sink when you fold down the seat but honestly, I'm not sure I would use it for both due to sanitary reason (toddlers don't always have great aim). It's a great aide, but I would definitely watch my kid when they use it and wouldn't recommend it for heavier kids. The description claims it can hold up to 165lbs but I can't see that being possible. I like it, just wish it were a little sturdier.
