I had previously said this product was bad. The thing that was bad was my inability to take the time to follow the instructions. The instructions are very easy to understand. And all you need to do is pull the seal off of the sticky portion and attach it to your windows. It keeps the sliding door from opening any wider than I want. Also it is easy to release in case of an emergency and you needed to get out quickly. Best of all, they have fantastic customer service who go above and beyond.

I purchase this items for my sliding door as my toddler nieces and nephew keep forgetting to close the sliding door when they go out to the backyard. This products is super easy to install just be sure you apply it high enough for children to not reach it. The adhesive is strong and it hasn’t fallen off it stays put in place.

Product works well with our sliding glass doors. Easy to install and we haven't had any issues with it. Gives us a lot of peace of mind with our little escapee!

I bought this so my two year old can’t sneak outside. We just bought a small pool, and I didn’t want any tragedies. As you can see in the video, I used some force to try and open the slider, to no avail. My son can unlock the slider and it worries me that he could just slip out if I’m doing chores or something. Thank you for this product, as it really may save little lives! It was very easy to install, it uses 3M quality adhesive. It’s also really easy to press the two buttons when you need to disengage the lock. I also like the appearance of it, since this isn’t my house we live in. It looks very flush with the sliding door. The price was great, as we have four locks.
- Ms.Nycz2024-05-20Good idea
Love the idea but my windows couldn’t open past it even when it was closed . Make sure you have a visible crack between the windows so it can easily glide over or it won’t open any further than that . Otherwise , it is very durable ! I had to use a scrapper to get it off and the residue came off easily .

I bought this to secure my doggie door and it works great. It has a strong hold and it’s easy to use.
- Brit2024-06-26Amazing!!
Got these for my wild 2nd born bc I don’t trust him to not walk out the back door at any given moment, these work great for our back sliding door. It will do a decently large gap bc ours is not a small gap due to door being older and it works great! Suoer easy to lock and unlock as well.
- TW2024-05-20Secure!!
These small locks are great. It secures upper floor windows. Safe & secure windows with toddlers in the home. Windows can be open for fresh air but not far enough to be a hazard for the little ones. Small & secure! Almost invisible. Convenient. We have this on all windows. Easy to install. Easy for adults to unlock as needed.

Easy to install! Worked wonderfully with my mother-in-law who lived with us and had severe dementia. It prevented her from going outside and wandering without us. A life saver! (Note: we never left her aline in the house)
- Evrock442024-06-25Easy to use - NOT for serious security
Sticks to glass like a champ. Lock is easy to use. Only problem is that I broke it while just opening the door after forgetting that I had set the lock. The lock wedge that pops up just snapped right off with one slightly forceful pull. Any reasonably fit person who can get any momentum going with the door will not be stopped by this device. It will definitely keep anyone not willing to B&E out, however – you do have to try to break it or yank harder than normal. I'm a 5 1/2 foot tall guy with noodle arms who broke this without meaning to, so that tells you it's not intended as a serious, stand alone security device. It will, however, increase security in conjunction with a latch lock, and the closer you stick the unit to the back of the sliding door when it's closed, the better.
