This headrest add-on is perfect for kids (or even adults) who nap in the car. We've been doing some road tripping to kick off the summer and this leads to backseat car naps for our kids. The one who has graduated to the booster doesn't really have any neck support so he just falls into the middle seat or passes out in some awkward position. This headrest gives him something to prop him up and makes for a bit more restful sleep. The headrest is easy to install. Doesn't take more than a minute, even without using the instructions. It's sturdy and stable, nothing flimsy to give you worries about it collapsing mid-ride or under the weight of a head. It feels sturdy enough to support an adult as well, but we only lightly tested it in that regard because no adult uses this backseat. The rests are adjustable depending on head heigh, clicking right into place and staying there. There are also small add-ons like a cell phone holder and essential oil/smelly beads holder. Not really using those, but it's those small little additions that really make this headrest a winner of a product.

It took me a bit to get this installed. There were instructions, but it was hard to understand the pictures. You must remove the car's headrest to put the base of this one down, the reinstall the car's headrest over the top of it. This has "wing" style pads that sit on either side. They should rotate up to side beside the car's headrest when not in use. I did get them to do that immediately after installation. However after use, it's hard to get them back up. The pads are quite comfortable and help keep your head from lolling over when sleeping in the car.

Not only is this perfect to keep my one littles head secure in the car when he falls asleep, it also has a phone holder and you can put essential oils in it for an extra comfortable fresh car! I love the affordability and durability! I am so happy his head won’t be flopping when he falls asleep in his booster! I recommend for sure
