The video on the product page is correct on how you’re supposed to use this product, however as you can see from the picture above you can only weave the belt through once. There is not enough space at the top of the metal piece to weave the belt through to secure it to the seat properly like the video shows. They offered to replace it, however when I read the one review here they had the same issue, so I’m sure if they replace it it’ll just be the same issue. The product will be refunded.

For the most part the video is correct, until you get to the end and try to loop the belt through the metal/ plastic piece through one way and then back the other to tighten. There is only space to fit the belt through once. The metal part is flush with the plastic so you cannot tighten or secure the belt as the video suggested it should be applied and tightened. There is instead a separate plastic part that is not included in the instruction video (nor are there instructions in the product box) that I was able to macgver some sort of securement, but I worry it will break free with too much pulling. Maybe I just got a dud and theres poor quality control? Hard to say, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product from this supplier based on the product I received.
