- Katie A2024-03-19Gentle hair removal that lasts longer than shaving alone
I have been experimenting with this product (on only my bikini area) for several weeks now. After reading the other reviews and trying different application methods and timings, I have reached the opinion that although it takes more time than shaving and the results are visually similar, my skin is softer and the removed hair takes a few days longer to grow back after using this product. So for me, it works well enough to continue using it regularly. It seems like everyone's experience is a little different, however. Here is what I have learned works for me: - Applying the cream with a gloved finger works best; you need to get a decent coating applied in all directions of hair growth. (Maybe think spreading frosting rather than applying lotion, I guess?) - There is not a strong scent with the product itself but once it touches your hair/skin, there is a rather unpleasant hair-burning, salon treatment sort of smell, which I imagine is expected for any sort of chemical removal process. This smell does not linger on your person once you wash with soap and water, however, which I think is the main concern. - 8 minutes is definitely not enough time for me. I have gone all the way up to 20 minutes without any negative effects but I find that 18 minutes is the sweet spot. - The plastic scraper is absolutely necessary for the most hair removal. You have to be careful with it though; like with shaving, the direction you scrape the cream/hair off matters for avoiding red bumps and ingrown hairs. Also, the scraper is quite sharp so being gentle is critical to avoiding broken, irritated skin. - No matter what method I've tried, I only manage to remove about 95% of the hair I wanted to remove. I find that shaving in the shower after (I know!) is the best follow-up method if I want a completely hairless effect. Even though, yes, I am still shaving, the treated hairs are softer after the chemical and still take longer to grow back than just shaving alone. So it still seems worth it. - I feel the need to repeat this process after about 3-4 days. (As a comparison, I would feel the need to shave after 1-2 days.)
- WORST SKI MASKS EVER!!!!!2024-05-25WORTH THE BUY!!!
This definitely works for me it does smell after removing but the application it doesn’t smell like anything & the amount of time I know it says 8 minutes but I read a review on this product before buying it which said to leave on for 18 minutes & I leave it on for 18-23 minutes & it definitely removes all hair on my legs & just leave a hair here n there nothing tweezers can’t fix

Love this hair remover as I am getting older I get tired of the dreaded Brazilian wax. This does what it needs to pain free for under 10 minutes. I love it.
- I ordered this yesterday and took it before i went to sleep and it really works. the only downside is it makes your pee a yellow orangey-red color. i’m going to continue to use it for the next 2 days and see it i still get the same results2024-06-17Not for extremely thick hair
It works but not on thick hair, i still had to shave some parts off. it saved me a lot of time in the shower though

Nair gave me hives so I was nervous about this product but it’s a great product and works well for sensitive skin conditions.

Alright so I have dark hair. I put it on for the recommended time but can tell you definitely need to keep it on longer. Next time I’m going leave it on for 15 like someone had said. You definitely need to cover with a bunch of cream. I ended up having to shave a few areas. Mostly my inner labia where I was scared to put cream. I’ll update my post next time I use it

I love that it doesn't break me out like other hair removal cream! I'm glad I finally found this product.

I've used Veet in the past, and suffered from a chemical burn that left my skin red, blistered, and oozing for several weeks. I decided to give this product a try based on user reviews. First off, I'd like to say that I appreciated the fact that this product didn't have the awful smell that most products do. But, with that being said, there must be a direct connection with odor and performance. What this product lacked in odor, it also lacked in performance as well. When it comes to body hair, I'm a firm believer in the motto, "the less is better," and I've been shaving and removing hair from my legs, arms, underarms, for, forever. My overall body hair is nothing out of the norm, not overly thin nor overly thick. However, when it comes to the hair in more, "sensitive areas," the hair is very thick/coarse, and has a tendency to have a slight curl to it. For such areas, I always make sure to trim the hair first, and apply a damp, warm towel for 5-10 minutes beforehand to soften the hair and open up hair follicles. After applying the product and waiting the recommended time of 8 minutes, I saw that it was maybe 30% effective in removing hair from my "non-sensitive" areas. However, when it came to my "sensitive areas," the product was only about 10% - 15% effective. It didn't remove the hair from the actual follicles/at the roots, but, just thinned them out by removing overall length, despite the fact that I had trimmed the hairs prior to applying the product. I did not feel comfortable leaving it on for longer than the instructed time of 8 minutes. I did, however, feel comfortable leaving it on longer on my "non-sensitive" areas, the longest being 12 minutes, but it didn't make any difference, it didn't help the product perform any better, or at all. I felt that leaving it on past 12 minutes would result in adverse affects on my skin, like breakouts/ rashes, quite possibly, a chemical burn. Also, other drawbacks are: the amount of product you get for the price you pay doesn't seem justified/reasonable, I can see myself going through the entire tube fairly quickly, and only after a handful of applications, and, the tube is very inconvenient. And, the tube it comes in. I will definitely go with a product that uses a hand-pump to dispense, which is mess free, not to mention hands free, only getting product on the areas you wish to remove hair, and not on your hands. UPDATED REVIEW: the company reached out to me apologetic that their product didn't work for me. I can honestly say that I appreciated it. So, although this product didn't work for ME, specifically, isn't to say that it won't work for YOU. Also, if you should have any issues, just reach out to them, as they are more than happy to work with you. Good luck to them. Legit business just trying to make it in this world. Transparency
