If you're looking for a water flosser that does what it is supposed to do, you have found it. However, the location of the power and water pressure buttons is a problem, at least for me. Inevitably, when the water runs out of the reservoir, and the flosser needs to be turned off, I will hit the wrong button and spurt water all over my bathroom. It's possible that I'm just uncoordinated, but these buttons are in the natural location where you will hold and pivot the device while using it, and they are only about a half inch apart. Otherwise, the flosser works great, but to me that one flaw is annoying. Update: The company immediately contacted me to deal with my concerns, and has issued me a credit for the purchase price. I am very impressed with the resolve of the company to keep its customers happy. Thank you.

Love this so much. Way easier than the water pic I grew up using. Portable and easy to use. My kids can floss their teeth with this as well, although I make them go outside or in the shower if they are too young to use it wisely in the house. It often turns into a water gun as well. Ha. The charge holds for a long time which makes it easy to misplace the charging cable so it is a good idea to place it where you will remember that you put it there and where little ones won't carry it off.

We purchased 2 of these and got them on time. My problem is that when trying to charge them, it turned out that the supplied charger cords were defective. Could not charge units. Luckily I had a phone cord that fits and both charged fine. Their customer service department told me they won't send me new cords and that I should contact Amazon. This is pure B.S. and I don't recommend buying this or anything else that they sell. UPDATE issue handled and items work well. I am satisfied now. Thanks!
