So I waited about a week before writing a review, and honestly, I love these! I got these for my boyfriend and I, and they work wonderfully as long as we both have the app working in the background. Connecting and usage is super simple, and having this go off when he's thinking about me is so soothing! If we're right next to each other, they don't work as well, but once we're apart, the bracelets work great! I highly recommend these.

My boyfriend and I are both militaryโฆ I bought these for our long distancesโฆ the jewelry itโs self is very cute. But the app itโs self is garbage. You have to have the app open In order for the bracelet to vibrate ect which is wild a lot of other apps with Bluetooth capabilities work just fine without the app being open. So if one of us closes the app by mistake it doesnโt work. And yes I understand going into the settings on the phone and allowing it to refresh in the background is an option put itโs very very delayed this way and defeats the thinking of you purpose. Yโall need to fix the app. These are very expensive to have an app this far behind In technology. I am currently considering returning the item.

After reading reviews and still taking a chance in these I am glad I did! Inam convinced yhe majority of folks do not read anymore. I know a lot of folks have issues with not getting the notifications. I am going to assume that is because they are not going in to the app on their phone and keeping their phone from putting it to sleep. I have now had these bracelets for a month. I waited till I had gotten good use out of them so I could give a knowledgeable review. They work, and pretty flawlessly. The instructions aren't great BUT if you can read and have knowledge of your phone you will be able to make due. Once it's connected you WILL need to also go on to your phone in the pp settings and keep the phone from putting it to sleep. In order for the app and bracelet to work at the push of a button, it has to run in the background. And your phone kills apps that run in the background to save battery. The booklet also touches base on this. The app could use some work. It is functional and I like the messaging ability and the love notes. I do wish you could customize the messages sent at the tap of the button though. TAP messages are preset and you can only send the missing you message by tapping the bracelet. You can send other messages like "I love you" and "I need you" from the app and they go to the bracelet. I wish I could choose the message, but it's not a deal breaker by any means. Also, whoever said they don't know the color combos and what they mean, that is in the app also. I'm convinced folks write reviews the minute they receive items and before they've actually used them. Anyway, Once you're correctly connected, everything will work. My husband and I are 10 hours away and we receive notifications on our phone and the bracelets instantly. Battery life is phenomenal and I typically only charge once a week. I also haven't noticed the app draining my battery on my phone at all. So that's a plus. We love them. Buy them, read the booklet, use common sense, turn the auto kill off in your app settings, play around in the app, and you'll love them too.
- MA2024-03-28Pretty good!
Overall a great purchase! They do not work if they are too far from your phone or if the app isnโt running. Which is slightly frustrating as it does drain your batteryโฆ but overall a great buy! my boyfriend and i love them :)
- Raevyn2024-03-29Only one Bluetooth connection at a time
The product is cool and sweet but Its frustrating to connect with because it won't work if any other Bluetooth devices are connected. So I can't used my ear buds and have it connected.

My kid got these to share with a friend that is leaving the country this summer. They were friends in middle school, and wanting to keep in touch. This will help!

We got this September 6 and my partner and I have only been using for about 4 days. We spent over 2 hours trying to get them linked and hooked up. There were no directions with the bracelets or on the app. We had to play around and close the app a few times to give us prompts on where to go and what to do.Yet, after getting setup in the app, it still took over an hour to get the brackets to connect. We donโt receive half the vibrations or messages from each other. They just donโt go through. Could this be an error on our part during setup, possibly. But again, there were no clear instructions for the setup. Today, I took it off and put it on the shelf in the bathroom to shower. It now wonโt do anything. Battery was at 30% before the shower. It wonโt even connect to my phone anymore. Despite hours of trying. The bracelet was not submerged in water, and I could see myself in the mirror when I got out, so I doubt itโs humidity causing the issues. I also donโt like how I have to have the app running at ALL times for the bracelet to work. I know have to charge my phone at least twice during the day and at night instead of just at night. This was a decent chunk of change that Iโm not happy I spent.
- Skeletor2023-09-02Great concept, but app leaves something to be desired
I bought this for myself and my girlfriend, and she loved the bracelet and the idea of what it does. I've also had many people comment on it day to day and love the concept when I explained it to them. I love it for what it is, and when it works properly, it can be surprisingly calming to have it vibrate and light up when I'm stressed. The problem is that it doesn't always work properly. The app is very finnicky with staying connected to the bracelet, and probably more than 80% of the time I look at my phone, I notice the app notification says it has no connected. There is a permanent notification on your phone for you to monitor if it's connected, and it's not even worth forcing it to turn off because of how unreliable it is. I can even go into the app, have it say it's connected, and then go in to see the logs of "twoos" sent between my partner and I, and it won't be able to load it, saying it has no connection. I am almost never offline, with my phone being almost constantly connected to either 5G or WiFi, so the fact that it loses connection so much baffles me. Past the insane connection issues, I've noticed that after some time, it can start to loosen more easily. The strap is a simple cord that you pull through a connecting hole to tighten, but there's no way to secure it or keep the ends from hanging off your wrist. I've been wearing mine daily for over 3 months now, and I am finding that I have to tighten it more often that I did at the start, and the cord is slowly becoming more frayed. This wouldn't be much of a concern if I was able to remove and replace the cord with another, but as far as I can tell, there is no way to do that. On either side, the cord appears to be permanently attached to the main portion of the device, so I will likely have to stop using the bracelet at some point and buy a new one. Unfortunately, I will likely be looking at buying a pair from a different company when that time comes, particularly if the connectivity issues are not addressed by then.
- Jen2024-06-14Difficult to pair
I bought these for me and my long-distance date-mate. I had no trouble pairing my bracelet to my phone & app, but my date-mate had a very difficult time getting their bracelet to pair. It took about a half hour of trial and error for them to be able to get it to work. That being said, they work great once they are actually paired. My date-mate doesn't leave their bluetooth on and the app running 24/7, so it's nice that my app lets me know when their bracelet is connected or not, so I know when I can send a note. I haven't noticed that it drains my phone battery a lot, maybe a total of 5% more than usual, which is fine for me.
- Says Shรฉ...2024-06-15Very good gift for couples or loved ones
For the most part, the bracelet works as intended and itโs a wonderful gift. The bracelet is very easy to adjust (but not too easy itโll slide), and the buzzes/vibrations go through most of the time. Though someyimes the bracelet will vibrate randomly for no reason or it will vibrate without the light. The bracelet messages/vibrations can also be delayed really late, or not send at all but most of the time they go through and the delay is only a few seconds. Overall I think itโs a wonderful gift and worth the money.
