I love the idea of this tie as my son often has to put his own tie on, this is quick to put on and has the perfect tie. Great material. It says it is for big boys and I wasn’t sure what age that meant so I took a chance with my 14 year old. It is definitely too short for him. I would recommend this tie for kids ages 7-10 because of the length.

Got this for our nephew for a dinner theater. Easy for a 9 yeah old to put on and stayed in place all night! He looked so handsome and the tie looked great!

This is the best kids tie I have ever tried. It uses a zipper to make the hole smaller. This is so clever. All of the other ties my child has do not have the zipper and the hole can be easily pulled through. The zipper on this tie stops it so that it will always have the hole. Genius.

Tie arrived rather generic-looking; IMO, I question its ‘name brand’(?)—BUT, will review the nice, solid black zipper tie I received. This is a plain, polyester tie with a mild sheen to it. The zip functions well, and it’s a good looking knotted tie. No complaints thus far from teen son who only wears a tie “when necessary.” He wanted something easy to use, simple appearance, and black. This fit the bill. It’s a great tie in and of itself. IMO, the price seems rather on the high end for what it is, especially after googling around. It has no fancy fibers or pattern; just polyester. But it’s nice to have on hand when needed. It adjusts easily for the tie “fidgeter.” And l like that even when loosened, it still has a neat appearance. I’ve included measurements to check length & width.

I like the design and look of this navy striped tie. It looks great, is versatile, and feels well-made and durable. My boy wears a tie every Sunday; most of his ties are clip-on. While the clip-on ties are nice because he doesn't have to worry about tucking them under his shirt collar in the back, they sometimes get slightly skewed. This zipper tie has the benefit of staying in place and looking more like a real tie but still being very easy to put on by himself. The only worry is that he will have so much fun zipping and unzipping the tie that it will distract him and the other kids in his Sunday School class. It is fun to zip and unzip. Overall this is a great-looking tie for boys ages 5-9 ish.

Not sure the why on a black tie of this very style, but our oldest is all about it. We had another, but it was lost and this replacement is one better. It has a good quality zipper, the fabric is more substantial and it generally looks like a nice tie. The length is just right for his age. In short, it's just what we wanted.

My 6 year old was so excited to see this because his teenaged older brother has one almost exactly like it! Sure, this one is a zipper and not an actual tie, but when it's on the zipper is hidden and you can't tell other than the fact that clearly he's only 6 and very likely did not make a Windsor knot all by himself. It's adorable, he loves it, total win.
