So I really really didn't read these gummies' description very well at all, before ordering. I completely missed "perimenopause support" and "for women 35+" and "helps relieve ... hot flashes." My bad, ordering these as a 60-year-old male. That's just karma that I'm not appreciating (or enjoying) them. It's not just that I am not experiencing any positive (or negative) effects, but more that their flavor does not agree with my palate. I actually do otherwise enjoy black currant pastilles, so it's not necessarily that fruit specifically, but something tastes off. That said, I am also as far removed from their target audience as humanly possible, so probably not qualified to judge. The only objective observation I can legitimately add is that each two-gummy serving contains three grams of added sugars (in the form of tapioca syrup and cane sugar). So whatever benefits the 60 milligrams of Pycnogenol (from French maritime pine bark) might provide (advertised as boosted energy, brightened mood, and sounder sleep)—these are also candy. As I've said, I'm not qualified to evaluate these gummies. Just be sure you're sold on black currant as a flavor profile before ordering.

These gummies are yummy! I struggle with energy, mood, and sleep, so I’m excited to see the results. It won’t be hard to keep taking these because they taste great.

I appreciate the touted health benefits of Pycnogenol for its broad-spectrum antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, but these gummies are overly sweet with a slightly off flavor that I don’t enjoy taking daily. I haven’t noticed any particular benefits or side effects from taking these gummies yet. Perhaps I need to take them for the recommended 90 days, as noted in the product description, to see improvements in mood and sleep. Given the candy-sweet juniper flavor of this Pine Bark Extract gummies high in sugar, I would prefer taking capsules instead and am not willing to restock at $0.83 per daily serving to notice benefits in the long run.

The taste was very different and distracted me until I looked it up and saw that it was black currant. That seemed to help my brain and taste buds figure it out. Not an unpleasant taste, just unusual. I haven't taken it long enough to know if it will help with energy, but it definitely has helped with sleep.

I really wish I could say that I feel a massive difference in my sleep, energy, and mood since taking these but unfortunately I can't. It does state on the bottle to give yourself at least 90 days plus to feel the effects so I will try to come back and edit after that point for any kind of update. However, the other thing I am struggling with is the taste. I know some others love the flavor and gummies are usually my go to for getting nutrition (better taste and ease of use/consumption) but honestly it is a struggle to get these down for whatever reason. It is fine once swallowed and I drink some water but they are almost too tart with the cherry/currant flavor. Just a personal preference thing really. If I could speak to their effectiveness I would probably push past the taste with no issues....for $25 a month (per serving) it would likely be worth continuing past the 90 day requirement since it does not have hormones and the sugar is natural cane.

I do like the Pycnogenol but unfortunately for me the black currant was not to my liking. Maybe a great product just not for me.

I was shocked that these gummies really helped with my sleep. All I did was take 2 about an hour before bedtime. The taste was unfamiliar to me so there's nothing for me to compare it to but I did notice that the texture is good, no upset stomach or flare my acid reflux. I was able to relax at the end of the day and slept really good.

I like these gummies because I do notice improved mood, energy, and sleep. They're non gmo, made in the USA, are low calorie, and aren't too sweet. They're soft and don't stick in my teeth. The only reason I deducted a star is because I personally didn't love the black current flavor but taste is unique to each individual. They aren't bitter or bad tasting at all. I certainly recommend trying them for yourself.

Honestly, when I first open the bottle I am met with a bitter odor. Initially it made me question whether I wanted to consume the gummy or skip it. Ultimately I am glad I did because the gummy is large, soft and quite tasty!
