It took me a moment to figure out how to bend the item out of the package. Granted, I didn’t look at the instructions. However, once I was able to figure out how to adjust the device to my foot, it worked really well. I’ve been wearing it on my right foot at night and I notice a marked improvement vs the pain in my left foot. I just wish that I bought 2 of them!

This product is of good quality and helps stretch my feet, the balls give the soles of my feet a massage, exercise and relaxation and relieve pain, I love this product.
