First, the bullet points for you master speedy shoppers (I will go in to detail later for those of you who need it 🙋🏻‍♀️): What I LOVE: 1. Truly leak-proof! Yes! The yogurt did not spill over. The seals are great. 2. Super easy to clean! I hand wash only, although the inner tray is top rack machine washable. 3. My kids & I love the little compartments! These help me get creative with lunch & also helps me provide a visually appealing meal. My sons have FUN eating lunch from the different compartments. 4. This encourages my kids to try different foods. Because some of the compartments are smaller, I can include a food they may not normally try but he did this week! (Ex. Sliced mushrooms) 5. Good for portion control. My children are actually small for their age so I tend to want to overcompensate with larger portions. Large portions of foods can be off-putting to children, so these compartments are great as they are the PERFECT size. 6. Keeps everything in one place, in order, & my son doesn’t have to waste any time opening or closing different containers. My son may be the world’s slowest eater as he really like to indulge & enjoy his food. 20 minute lunches have been challenging now that he’s at school, but the ease of use of this has been helpful. 7. And maybe this would be first for my kids, but they are obsessed with the cute sharks design. Here are some details: First off, I consider myself a master of snack/meal prep for my children. Secondly, I’m a pediatric dietitian, so yeah...this is kind of my thing! I just got TWO of these amazing Bentgo boxes for my 4 & 2 year old sons & they are PHENOMENAL! I love them so much that my husband & I discussed getting the adult size ones (Bentgo Fresh) for us. This is our first week with a full-time preschooler, so we needed something he could carry, open, handle, etc & this was amazing all week. I grabbed a second one an hour later bc I figured if I was packing one lunch, I should pack a second one for my son who goes on daily adventures with me. My TWO year old can unsnap the case & open the lid independently so it’s been exciting & a total confidence builder for him :). This has made life so much easier. I’ve been questioning all week why I had not looked into a product like this before. I did a search online to see which Bento box product was best & this Bentgo Kids kept coming up number one on various lists so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. It is totally worth the investment! Lastly, the leak-proof compartments are the best. My kids don’t like when certain foods mix & this works wonderfully. I wish this company made water bottles. Lol. Easy to clean as the food tray section comes out. Thin and fits inside a lunchbox. It’s durable. The 2 snaps on the lid seal off leaks, so easy to use. I love all the different compartments and sizes make it very versatile. The colors themselves are great and the Dino print is cute. Love that this bentgo is insulated!

I know this is a small Bento Box for kids, but I wish they had a larger adult version with all these awesome designs and larger compartments. I'm still a kid at heart and just love all these cool character designs on the boxes. (The adult Bento Boxes are just boring plain colors, so I had to decorate them up with some stickers.) I love sharks (and dinosaurs, space, etc) so it was hard to settle on just one design, but I chose this one because I love marine life. The leak-proof seal is great and the box is very sturdy. I rotate between 3 different Bento Boxes I purchased on Amazon based on the amount of food and snacks I have to bring to work for lunch. I use this one when I have a smaller quantity or variety of items to bring. Because this box is a bit smaller than my other boxes, it takes up less room in our shared mini fridge in my office. :)

My 2 kiddos love their boxes! As we all know kids are sometimes hard to feed and with these I have no problem. Kids eat in color and that is not a lie. my kids were not motivated to eat and i tried everything, From their own recipes to cooking their own meals. purchasing these boxes was like the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae. We love taking them hiking too. No leak , easy to clean and I am crossing my fingers for fun themed adult sizes.

We’ve had this lunch box for about 2 years now and it’s been fantastic. We use it every single day of the week year round and wash it in the dishwasher 99% of the time. Super sturdy and great for organizing different meal components in a fun way. I recommend always double checking that your latches are actually fully closed before packing it away in a lunch bag. Our youngest kiddo brought home a lunch bag full of apple sauce a couple of times because he only partially closed. Having said that, when it’s closed it doesn’t leak and all compartments are completely sealed off which we like because then we can pack something like apple sauce in it. We’ve now bought a couple of other designs to use interchangeably with both kids and they usually fight over the dinosaur one and the shark one.

We were were happy with these lunchboxes, they have good portion sizes and open and close easily for little hands while still tightly keeping in all the liquids. Plus the designs are very cute! I do wish the outer case was dishwasher safe as the silicone seals tend to absorb the smells overtime, but it’s not a huge issue since we cleaned them frequently. After about a year, the little plastic lips on the latches that attach to the bottom to keep the lid closed broke off and so we had to turn to customer service for new boxes. Luckily, the box still closes though it is not leakproof, and the customer service was wonderful and promised to send us brand new boxes since they come with a 2 year warranty! Amazing!

I bought this for my daughter in pre-school. I have found this has allowed me to be more conscious when packing her lunches. This has helped me to create meals that are more balanced for her and with the proper portion sizes. My highlights of this bento box: The box is thick and I have no doubt that it could survive a fall. My daughter loves the colorful prints. The portions are perfect and has helped me be motivated to craft more balance meals for my daughter. This box saves space in my daughter's backpack. Before I would pack multiple containers with for my daughters lunch and now I only need to pack one. I would highly recommend this box!

What I like most about this product is how many compartments there are for different snack options and meal options for my little one. It can be too much for them to constantly open different containers or baggies so having this as an option has been amazing. It seals pretty well, so long as the latches are locked. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the rubber seal on the inside can get mold if not washed properly (having this experience before with my old box) but other than that it’s a great purchase for someone with a little one needing a lunch box.
