Nothing like trying to pull it down from the ceiling. The grip is great! These held a backpack, a toiletry bag, and a swimsuit bag - all very heavy. My only regret - I didn't know it would leave behind a black mark from the magnet. Cleanable, just a surprise.

These hooks are great for the kitchen! I have them holding up hot pads by the stove and also on the fridge to hold my hand towel. I use 2 in the laundry room on the side of the washing machine too. The magnets are strong. They are easily able to hold up all the things I've used them for so far.

These little magnetic hooks live up to the hype. I’ve ordered several different brands and styles lately and these ones are stronger than most others. The hook moves loosely so if you wanted to use them on the ceiling and hang it’s easy. I have HVAC in the basement and that’s exactly what I need them for. One thing I will say is they’re so strong I had a really hard time trying to remove them when placed. My first time pulling it actually pulled the magnet off the back so they could be assembled a bit stronger. I was able to pop it back in and it works fine but just be aware. (That’s my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) It’s better if you can slide them to an edge for removal. If you’re using them on a fridge or a wall there’s a gap in the square that will keep the hook from moving side to side. Overall I’m very impressed with how strong these are for the price and size. They’re not very big but if you can fit whatever you’re trying to hang on them they will hold it. Awesome little organizer for your fridge, safe, locker or garage!
- Sandra2024-06-18Super strong hooks!!
These hooks are fabulous. They are heavy, don't bend AT ALL and are very strong. I ordered them for an upcoming cruise so we have additional places to hang towels and wet swimming suits. They will work great for this purpose. They are versatile since you can hang them either from a ceiling or wall. Highly recommend.

These are strong, attractive magnets. Their usefulness will depend on your application. I ordered them to hold spatulas for an outdoor grill. They don't work great for this purpose (see drawbacks below). Inside, I am using a few to hold cloth potholders near the oven. They work great for this. As pictured, they are strongest when mounted above the item they are holding. Features: -Strong -Attractive -Compact -Non-marking (at least for the surfaces I tested; wall, fridge, grill) -Swivel hook makes it versatile and flexible Drawbacks: -Tend to slide around, depending on the surface (slide on fridge, stronger on powder-coated steel on Blackstone griddle cart) -Swivel hook is SO free that it can interfere with unhooking whatever the magnet is holding. -Hooks are pretty small (no more than .5" inside diameter) so they won't hold thicker items like many kitchen tool handles

Kitchen (or anywhere) hook magnets provide flexibility for use…specifically how you hang the hook. You can have it protrude out the center, face backwards or to the left or right. If you put the magnet on the ceiling (like in a cruise ship cabin or under a metal bar), the hook will hang down. Nice find for lightweight items - great for kitchen use to hold towel, pot holders, apron, etc.

These are fantastic! The hooks swivel so you can use them anywhere. My only negative thought is the hooks themselves are fairly small, so a large utensil might not fit the hook.

I got these for my dry-erase board in my classroom. I’ve bought my fair share of magnets and hooks (some hold up, some don’t). I wasn’t able to use this at work BUT I am using them on my fridge at the moment. They are working great! I can tell these will be handy when I get to use them in my classroom. There is only one thing I’m not a fan of. I don’t care for the hooks turning because sometimes they don’t go back into the slot as easy.

Magnets are not that strong. Advertised as 75lbs, but has trouble holding up 25lbs. The hook shape also is very well designed. Had to bend them back so stuff would stop sliding off them.

I'm happy with these, but there are some things you should know. The magnets are quite strong (IMO), but I'm skeptical that they can hold the weights claimed. One photo says 20lbs on vertical surfaces, 75lbs horizontal. The description says 15lbs vertical, 50lbs horizontal. They are great for hanging things like shown in the photos: keys, kitchen utensils, small umbrella, etc. Contrary to the photo, there is no "protective rubber band" on the back around the magnet to protect surfaces. So, you need to be careful or they will mar/scratch surfaces, especially when removing them. I like that they can be used on vertical or horizontal surfaces. The dimensions shown in the photos seem accurate, although I didn't measure them.
