I use this mallet to drive plastic screens into the ground without damaging them.

The rubber bumpers are all high quality. Both hammers are a tad on the shorter and lighter weight size. Would definitely work great for small crafts and hobbies that require a softer touch. I wouldn't try pounding in a yard stake with these, though. Just not enough weight behind your throw to really get it going anywhere. However, as a lighter touch tap tool to bring a couple boards or tiles together doing a little bathroom floor DIY over the weekend, I think these would do just fine! Like the way the silver hammer's heads are easy to unscrew. Makes for quick and easy hammer head change outs depending on your project and how much density you might like for striking. Decent set to help get your DIY home hobby project done!

We needed something strong yet not as hard as a hammer for wooden items. A hammer simply smashed it... this item was perfect. Much needed. Thank you.

Works well, but would appreciate a wider handle to help spread out the weight a bit. I feel like you could get better leverage / force that way. I had to readjust here and there while putting together a cart.

I'm not sure what I expected given how cheap these are but the head broke off after 5 swings of this thing. I know it's cheap but it has to be more durable than that.

Is very good quality. Has some weight to it and the handle is very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
