The sound quality is incredible, I also appreciate the extra length and weight. My only complaint is the ear pieces rip incredibly easy and it becomes no better than a disposable. Even so, put some aftermarket ear pieces on and it will last years so still, 5 stars.

I ordered this tactical black scope almost 6 years ago and used daily. Perfect mix of quality, weight, comfort, sound and price. Ive used littmann previously. They make great stuff but the high end ones are too heavy and their lightweight models are too cheesy. This one fits right in between. The bell cover finally came apart and after being unable to find parts to order, contacted ADC. They responded same day to my email and sent out the parts I needed free of charge that was delivered a few days later. Great service. However, the black coating on the bell will fail and scratch off after a year or 2. They don't include cosmetic issues with their lifetime warranty. They were kind enough to help me out but I would suggest avoiding this particular model and stick with silver bell models. They are bulletproof....

I've had a Littman for years and needed to replace it. This was less expensive than a Littman but works better!

I needed a new stethoscope to replace the Littmann I’ve had for years. I decided to try American Diagnostic as I had heard good things. The sound of this stethoscope is so clear and crisp. As a cardiac nurse this is the perfect stethoscope for my needs. The weight is comparable to Littmann. I am so happy with it.
