It's cute (I got the Flamingo Party), it's sturdy, with a large, flat bottom, it's comfortable to carry, and it's gigantic! I could fit half my house in it. Because of the netting on the drawstring top, I'd think twice about carrying it on a rainy day, but any other time, this is my purse of choice, especially because I like to carry books with me. It's also really easy to clean on the inside; perfect for when you go to the beach and bring mountains of sand home with you. While it doesn't have zippered pockets on the inside, it has a giant zippered compartment on the outside, and there is an extremely substantial non-zippered phone pocket (or whatever you want to use it for) built down into the side-panel fabric so you don't have to open the netting (I use it for my subway pass). I also love the "seat-belt" handles. They may be a little slippery, but they never, ever tear. Twenty stars for this baby... and I just purchased myself a second one!

I purchased this for a cruise I will be going on, of course it has to match my swim suits, LOL. This is a very sturdy, roomy bag that would be good for many casual occasions. It will hold several towels, flip flops, my water bottle, suntan lotion and definitely other items.

I am so surprised by this. I had Vera Bradley bags in high school and haven't given the brand a second thought since. I ordered this for a beach bag (along with 4-5 others to decide what was best) and OMG I am so impressed. The quality! It's so heavy and durable. It's got a mesh liner for getting sand out. The front pocket fits 4-5 sunblock bottles easily. Inside pocket fits phone + small wallet. Great sturdy straps for when you've piled the bag with lots of stuff. Overall, such a good buy.

I was looking for the perfect beach bag. This bag checked all the boxes. Great size and the mesh closure keeps items from falling out.

It smelled weird at first but after a few days the smell cleared. Beautiful Beach bag!

This bag is huge and the material is amazing. I wish it had even one divider… seems like this is only supposed to be a beach bag (or large haul bag). The closure is this weird mesh draw string thing (cute for beach bag… but otherwise???). Easy solution… don’t use it. BUT, I wish it had hooks or clasp or something to pull in the sides to latch them when the bag isn’t absolutely stuffed. I will add my own, probably.

Go for it, it's super spacious and big. Love it for our family of 4 stuff! It's a beautiful design.

This bag can fit everything! Towels (5) , toys etc.. it’s very deep…

I’m happy with this purchase. I’ll put it out there I would never pay the over $70 price tag on this for a beach bag. I was able to get it much cheaper. It is made of sturdy material, it’s roomy and is able to be rinsed out from sand. The lining is water proof. It has mesh on top with a cinch closure which gives the ability for more room. It also allows for sand to be dumped out without taking everything out of your bag. It has a large front pocket with a zipper closure and a small privacy pocket inside. My only con is that I wish it had some individual pockets on the inside, it’s is just one big area, but can fit a lot of things. I would say this would be perfect for a couple and maybe one child. I don’t think it would be large enough for more.

This tote has a weird fishy smell, probably from the hard plastic inside. This is disappointing, as Vera Bradley usually has machine washable fabric.
