I know it's just an umbrella, but it's a very small travel umbrella that I have tucked away in the pouch of my car door. It has been sitting there for months just waiting until finally I got caught in a rainstorm and pulled it out. I'm certainly glad I had it because it saved my but carrying a bagful of camera gear. It isn't the most sturdy thing in the world, but for an immediate need and have it when you need it item, you cannot go wrong with it. It is TINY. Just get one, just in case.

I bought this umbrella for a trip in 2022 that was dry so I did not need the umbrella. Fast forward 11 months and I take it on my next backpacking trip in an Ireland. On the third use It was blown inside out and 2 of the metal ribs were broken by a huge gust of wind that probably was in excess of 70mph.. Since the umbrella was described as wind proof I contacted the seller and inquired about a replacement under their warranty. The seller responded quickly and immediately shipped a replacement that arrived in 3 days. Excellent service. The umbrella is big enough to keep me dry and packs very small, fitting easily into a side pocket of my pack. It even has a soft carry bag with drawstring closure. Nice!

This is the smallest umbrella I've ever owned. I can't say much about its weight, but personally it's fine with me. At first, I couldn't figure out how to open. Not wanting to damage the umbrella, I searched this page for keywords "how to open" "how to" "open", I couldn't find much info. So first I tried moving ribs outside handle one by one in order to get a better grip on the center. Instead, it opens a lot easier if you hold the entire body and pull it away from the handle. Closing is definitely awkward and hard, especially if you want to fit every single rib inside handle which seems to be the proper way of closing it. I have not yet tried it in the rain, I expect it'll be fine. However, I'm afraid it won't withstand a heavy wind. I'll update review after gaining more experience.

Great sturdy little umbrella. Folds up very small to pack in a purse or bag. Even comes with its own soft bag to store. Recommend

EDIT: The umbrella also did not hold up in wind, flipped inside out a lot which made it a little hard to use during vacation. That said, the seller immediately send me a replacement which I will try out next time it rains here at home. I have to compliment the seller for quick response and sending a replacement so quickly. Hoping the new one does better. Still really like the size and look The plus: light, small, nice pattern on the inside. Handle comfortable. Held up well in light wind but heavy rain. The minus: Used it twice now and not for very long, already showing little tears poking through. I can tell because the color from the pattern inside is now starting to poke through to the outside where the hinges touch the material. I'm not hard on it, and literally have used it twice for an hour or so each time, then just folded it shut and wrapped the velcro around it. Pics attached. I am afraid it will continue to damage and create little leak holes. A bit hard to roll out, maybe it will wear in. And not as "flat" as other travel umbrellas, but the size is pretty nice overall.

In today's hussle world, it's nice to have an umbrella that fits anywhere you take it. It's lightweight and sturdy. I have had no issues..and will be purchasing a few more as they come in a variety of colors

Fairly difficult to open. Doesn't have the button to spring it open and also somewhat difficult to latch in place. It is pretty, however.

Living in the heat, you'll need one of these. It works perfect to keep the sun off of my daughter. She burns easily and this umbrella really helps. Haven't texted it in the rain yet, but it's sturdy and I feel like it will hold up well in the wind and rain

Not the most durable umbrella but is great to just keep in a bag in case it rains and it’s a good value
