    Durable and reliable packing cubes

I bought this set as well as another highly-reviewed set from REI, and this one is my favorite. They pack down a bit smaller and have really good compression. I've used them a number of times now over the last year and have never had any problems with them.

    Great

These packing cubes are great! First, the material is strong but lightweight. Second, these cubes really compresses. Third, the zipper is smoooth and YKK. I have multiple cubes from different brands and this is the best ones. I even purchased the monos and they were not good with compressing my belongings.

    Awesome

Arrived quickly and looks to be very good quality. Good zippers and strong nylon material. I would buy again. Wish it was a little less expensive :)

Amazing packing cubes will change your packing

These packing cubes are absolutely amazing. I’m a recent convert to using packing cubes. Had been using a large size cube (without any built in compression) that fits nicely along the bottom of a carry on. Leaves ½ the carry on still free. Bought a set of these Thule cubes (one M, one S) and compared the medium with compression to my large cube. 2 Thule M cubes are the same space in the bottom of the carry on as my previous large cube, but fit way more stuff than the large cube. In 1 cube, I was able to fit (all size M) rolled up: 4 t-shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, 3 short sleeve shirts, 2 shorts. The compression on these cubes is really amazing; reduces size of the cube by about .5-1". Highly recommend these for efficient packing and space optimization.

Fits 40l Thule Aion backpack perfectly

I'm using these with the Thule 40l Aion backpack. It fits one large and 2 small cubes perfectly. I'm using one of the small cubes as a toiletry bag.

    Ridiculous capacity

I recently used the larger packing cube for a short weekend trip, I was able to fit so much into the large cube, I didn't even get to use the smaller cube. I packed: four underwear, five shorts (one gym short, one swim trunk, and three regular shorts), five t-shirts, and three pair of socks in the large cube. The pack swallowed it all and compressed without the slightest hint of fussing - I think I could have put a bit more in the pack, to be honest. The gussets on the corners of the cube are a fantastic add and really go a long way to making the closure/compression process easy as pie. The clamshell opening makes packing a snap, whether you roll or flat-fold your clothing. The zips are big and chunky and provide confidence that they won't pop open, should you get a little overzealous with your packing. They're also pretty sharp looking, in typical Thule fashion. The semi-transparent material isn't a bother to me, but I can see how it would bother some folks. It certainly makes identifying your contents easier, especially if you share packing cubes and luggage. Compared to my Tripped packing cubes, these are miles better. They're way more expensive, but I'd say worth it. The design of the Thule packs are far better. The clamshell opening makes for easier packing versus the 3/4 zip of the Tripped cubes. The Tripped cubes also do not have any gusseting, so compressing the cube is much more of a fuss, when you're at the capacity limit. Once you do get the Tripped cube compressed, it's just the edges that are compressed and the center of the cube is bulging, because all the contents have been mushed to the center, so the compression zips can close. So, yes, it's "compressed," but the pack is bulging in the middle so it's kind of worthless. The Tripped cubes are marginally lighter, but not noticeable. All-in-all, these are absolutely fantastic cubes and hold considerably more than they look like they would. A solid purchase.

  • I got this for a friend of mine who was complaining of really bad back pain while driving. This worked wonders for him.

    get these

I have a couple other packing cubes from other reputable places that don’t compress, but this packing cube allowed me to put so much in! It saves a ton of space in your luggage and it is extremely durable. Looking forward to using it again.

    Sturdy Build

Haven't traveled with these yet but I stuffed the small one with socks and briefs and compressed the pouch. I think these will work well. Durability score will have to come later.
