Took little effort to apply it, and with the app it works so well. Great range of color and brightness.

They work very well and I've had no trouble with the control or the lights themselves. The lights stick very well even if you don't have smooth walls which has been a problem in the past. The process for installing was very easy. I think the remote control on the phone is a very unique idea. Makes a great present. Definitely worth the buy!

I installed these lights in my daughters room a few days ago. For the price I paid for them they are fine. My daughter likes them alot. I only bought these lights after watching many review videos on You Tube about LED strip lights, the technology, the variations in quality, the pros and cons, and installation. I chose this specific light set because it is a single 50' strip. Other brands, and even other models by this same brand require attaching multiple strips to make 50 feet. I did not want to deal with additional connections or the visual clutter of multiple cords associated with multiple strips. The installation was fairly easy. I found it helpful to cut off the peeled backing paper every two to three feet. If I let it go longer than that long it added weight pulling on the installed part of the strip and it also got tangled with the remaining portion of the light strip. The adhesion seems very strong. A couple of times I had to peel it back a bit to straighten it out, and the tape actually pulled some paint off the wall. That being said, I followed the installation instructions and wiped the wall down with a mild cleaner prior to installing. Any amount of dust on the wall would weaken the adhesion of the tape. Being a less expensive brand, the lights are spaced two inches apart and some of the colors (purple and orange particularly) are weak. The brightness of the lights is fine for my daughters room because she wants dimmer ambient color light. They are capable of getting much brighter than she needs. From the reviews I watched, the number of lights, quality of the color and brightness is much better on the much more expensive brands. The only complaint that I have is that the remote control that came with these lights is very flimsy. I have used other gadgets with LEd lights that had a similar if not the exact same remote, and those remotes did not last long. The upside of this is that there is a phone App that will control these lights if the remote fails. My daughter has not installed the App because she is not interested in the added features so I cannot speak to the quality of the App. We will see how these lights perform over time, and I will update this review if necessary.

I first got worried because I had ordered these lights before for my daughter bedroom so they were a “buy again” from my amazon list but came in like a different box or packaging so I thought they weren’t the same but went ahead and opened them. They seemed to be the same with one exception I didn’t recall clipping these 4small prongs together to the white boxpart you plug in and I must had input it backwards because I tested it out first to see if they light up before I unraveled and stuck onto wall and they didn’t light up so I panicked and was about to return them but something told me to unclip the four prong thingys and flip it over and re-input it & when I did that the roll of lights lit up beautifully!!! I was running out towards the end so had to align last bit going down windowsill, i could have bought another but my daughter said she loved it 🥰 and thought it looked fine! I would highly recommend, it adds an awesome ambiance to any room.

I purchased these for our bookcase bed. Our bookcase bed came with an installed light strip which only had 3 colors (red, white and blue). After only 6 months the original lights that came installed with our bed stopped working. I loved the lights at night time but was so disappointed when they stopped working. So I went on Amazon and found these. I am very satisfied with the product so far. I LOVE that you can adjust the brightness and the fact that there are so many color options. My favorite part about this light set is the Bluetooth connectivity and the app. The app has a timer which is awesome! I set the lights to come on at 8:30pm and turn off at 11:30pm and it works perfectly. I have only had this set for a short time but I will definitely add an updated review in the future to let you know if they are still working properly. For the price you honestly cannot beat it. This was an easy solution to my dilemma with the original lights.

These are amazing lights! Have patience when putting up though. It’s not a quick job to say the least. Putting these up on the back of my 60 inch tv took about 2 1/2 hours but as you can see, the end result is absolutely amazing!!! I haven’t figured out what I want to do with the other reel yet but I’ll post a picture after I do so I’ll update soon

My son asked for LED strip lights for his room for his birthday. After searching for the best value for my money, I stumbled upon these. I was a bit doubtful, but ordered them regardless, because for that price, why not try. And let me tell you, they are worth it. The quality alone is outstanding. And as I was sick when I arrived, my 14 year old installed them for his brother, by himself. And now everything you drive by our house, my kids room looks like it's Christmas, lol. They have so much fun with them, using both the remote control, and connecting them with the phone. They use it both with music, and as a night light to go to sleep with. Now they are begging for more for their room at their dad's house, lol.

It’s sticks to the wall perfectly and doesn’t look as tacky as most L.E.D light do. You can change the brightness with the app “betterday”and it’s amazing it even has a timer of when you want it to turn off. You can cut on a copper part on the lights if they are to long
