In the video, I show the size of my old sponge and the new sponge with water expansion and the others not expanded. The sponge is a good size and fits my tray just right, even better than the original. I did a red-hot nail test off camera and the sponge held up fine. I've been using the same sponge for over a decade so these should last me a lifetime.
