Things I like about this book - the attached teether, the acorn that you can remove and reattach (it's on a short string so it doesn't get lost), the sweet pictures, the flaps that lift up, the quality. Things that could be better - ALL the pages crinkle (would be nice to have some that don't or one with a squeaker, etc), ALL the ribbons are grosgrain (would have been nice to have some satin, gauze, etc), ALL the textured spots are soft and fuzzy (would have been nice to have some smooth, rough, bumpy, etc).

The illustrations on this baby book are really cute. The crinkle sound of the pages is soothing and not annoying. There are several different types of textures for a baby to feel and beautiful images for him or her to see. The attached teether is a nice bonus. Because it is a soft book, the pages are wrinkled when it comes out of the shrink-wrap, but after you hand-wash it, you can lay it out to dry and work out the wrinkles. It seems to be sewn well and with a good quality soft material. I'm very happy with this book. I can't wait to "read" this with my grandbaby after she is born! This book would make a nice baby shower gift.

I ordered this book for my daughter's first baby to be given at her Baby Shower. The book is beautiful. The soft, muted illustrations of the bunny and the other woodland creatures are artistically perfect for a baby and toddler, and the added sensory/tactile items on each page help baby learn what is unique about each animal--and even themselves, as a mirror included to play with. The book is exactly as represented in the vendor's description. I debated removing the book from the vacuum sealed packaging, but curiosity got the best of me. I do plan to wash it by hand and let it air dry, as recommended, to remove all the wrinkles due to the vacuum packing. If I were to give the gift to anyone but my daughter, I would just leave it as is. I appreciate the fact the book came sealed in an adorable box since I find that to be more hygienic. This book by hahaland is ideal for a first baby book and excellently priced, with far more pages to see and touch in comparison to similar books I've seen in department stores. I highly recommend it.

This is a very cute book. I got it for a baby shower gift, and I have no doubt it will go over well! There are tons of textures and colors and even crinkly crunching type sounds that this book makes when you hold it and open it. The baby animal pictures are bright and very pretty. There are little things throughout the book like mirrors and things they can chew on and different textures they can feel. This book is going to be one that they take with them everywhere. My only one small complaint is that I had to iron the front of the book because it was vacuum sealed for delivery, and the wrinkles wouldn’t come out on their own. But that was a very easy fix.

This book is very sweet. The pictures are very nicely done, and there is some way to interact with every page either with something to move or something to feel. As you can tell from the listing, this book does not have any words. You can make up a story of your own by talking about the pictures. My 11-week old already enjoys reading this book with us. The crackling sounds, bright colors, and moving parts hold her attention well. I’m excited for her to continue to interact with it even more as she gets older.

This is a waterproof toddler book which allows it to be used in the bathtub but also great for easy cleanups. Nice colors and cute characters too.

I can’t wait to give this book to my baby. It has beautiful pictures, many fun different textures, and I like that it comes with a teething toy. A great choice for your next baby shower gift!

This colorful book is soft with multiple materials for sensory exploration for babies. It is a great way to encourage tummy time or the beginning of showing baby how to read. Great quality!

This baby book is nicely done. The texture is like a crinkly cloth. The different furry spots are not too much where they will shed or pile. The pictures of the animals are so cute, detailed , and bright. This would make a sweet addition to a baby shower gift.
