    Top of Class E-Skate!

I've owned five electric skateboards so far, the V8 being my most recent one, going all the way back to the early days of single motor belt drive boards that weighed nearly 100lbs. So I've got quite a bit of experience to compare to, and this is unequivocally an amazing board for an amazing price with amazing customer service to top it off. As for power, you really don't want to get anything with more torque or faster than the V8. It has four separate levels for both the acceleration and the braking. Level four breaking will literally make the wheels skid to a stop. If you know what you're doing and are putting your weight in the right place, this can be great because you can stop on a dime. But if you're new please start out on the lower levels because it takes some getting used to. Same goes for the acceleration power, it's wicked fast and anything faster is going to throw you right off the board! When I'm at red lights waiting with cars next to me and it turns green I'm always in the front of the pack until about 20-25 mph. That's insane for a skateboard. I've gotten it up to 30 mph on a very smooth, safe road that I was familiar with, but that is scary fast on a skateboard and really not necessary. ~18mph is what's appropriate for most people. The wheels are huge and the material allows them to go over some pretty big lips or small potholes without sending you flying. The quality of the trucks is really nice and overall the quality is top notch. And if that wasn't enough, the removable battery is amazing and more boards need to have this feature! The battery is relatively small, about the size of a thick Bible, so it can easily be carried in a backpack or even a fanny pack or something smaller haha. You can practically fit it in your pocket. Being able to carry around a fully charged battery gives you a great sense of comfort compared to riding other boards. The battery will get you about 10-12 miles from my experience, what they claim is accurate. Of course it depends on how you're riding and if I wanted to I could drain it in half the, but if you're using the throttle conservatively and using regenerative braking then you can easily get around town and back. This thing is a monster when it comes to hills as well. I was without a car for a few weeks shortly after getting this board, and it became my main way of transportation. The gym I go to is up in the mountains up a steep hill, about 20°, and the road stretches for nearly a mile. I was able to use this board to get to the gym everyday and it would carry me up that steep slope at a steady 10mph, which is very impressive. Coming back down the hill I would be holding on the brakes the whole time, so that is charging the battery up a little bit as well, so by the time I'd get home the battery would still have 4/4 bars, after 2.5 miles, half of which was a steep slope! Oh I almost forgot, the light on the bottom is awesome as well, you can turn it on and off with the remote easily, and it has a cool breathing effect with the neon green light. All my other boards in the past I've had to attach some sort of bike light so that people could see me but that's built in on this board. It's not too heavy either, lighter than I expected and I'm able to pick it up and maneuver it using one hand. LASTLY, I did receive a faulty battery initially when I got my board, and was very disappointed at first since I was loving every feature so far. But I was only getting about 2-3 miles on a charge, and it didn't feel like it had the power that it should have. I reached out to isinwheel's customer service and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I told them the problem, they asked a few simple questions like the surface of the road I was riding on and if there were hills, weight of the rider, etc. Just to make sure it wasn't user error, and after determining it wasn't they sent me a replacement battery free of charge! Took about a week to arrive but it made it and it fits perfect and the range is as claimed, so I couldn't be more happy. A sibling of mine got me a spare battery for it for Christmas as well, so now I have a total of 3 batteries (one of which has a shorter range), but in total I could travel about 30 miles with just a small backpack. That is insane when compared to where the technology was just a few years ago. I'll wrap it up with saying that this is a great board and a great company with good customer service. This is definitely not a beginner board, nor would I get it for children unless they're teenagers with experience and helmets. Electric skateboards are dangerous, there's no getting around it, so you really just have to be careful and be smart about the way you ride and where you ride. I've had some pretty bad falls through the years, lots of road rash and giant bruises on my thighs, but this was always the result of me crashing, not anything being wrong with the board. So please wear a helmet everyone and don't ride on roads that you're not familiar with because small little potholes can really ruin your day, potentially end your life. And the last thing is is that when cars see you on the road, they will see someone on a skateboard and in their head will make an assumption that it's a regular skateboard that is following the laws of gravity, but it's not. So people may make a turn thinking they have time because they're not used to a skateboard coming at them at 30 mph. There's all sorts of scenarios where this can be an issue, so just remember that drivers aren't going to be expecting you to accelerate and stop as quickly as you are. Safe Rising Y'all!

    AFFORDABLE + SUPPORT TEAM

I recently purchased the V8 Electric Skateboard, and I must say, it has quickly become one of my favorite hobbies! This skateboard has provided me with endless fun and excitement, and I'm delighted to share my experience with you. First and foremost, the charging speed of the V8 Electric Skateboard is impressive. It doesn't take long for the battery to reach full capacity, allowing me to spend more time riding and less time waiting. Additionally, the ability to swap out the battery adds an incredible level of convenience. With its regenerative braking capabilities, I feel confident that I can go the distance without worrying about running out of power. Additionally, I want to mention that the V8 Electric Skateboard delivers an impressive top speed of around 30 MPH (32-35 down hills). Riding at this exhilarating speed feels incredibly stable and controlled, giving me the confidence to explore new terrains. Whether I'm cruising down hills with the agility of a snowboard or conquering uphill climbs, this skateboard handles it all with ease. The stability and versatility of the V8 Electric Skateboard truly set it apart from the competition. It offers a thrilling ride that caters to both adrenaline junkies and those seeking a reliable means of transportation. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a beginner, this skateboard will undoubtedly exceed your expectations. However, after about a month of spirited use, I encountered an unexpected issue. The wheels of the skateboard suddenly stopped responding to the controller, leaving me disappointed. But here's where the story takes a positive turn. I reached out to the support team via email, and they promptly responded with assistance. The support team helped me diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a failing motherboard. I was relieved to know that the issue could be resolved, and they went above and beyond to make things right. They promptly sent me a replacement motherboard and provided clear instructions on how to perform the replacement procedure. Once I installed the new motherboard, the skateboard came back to life! The feeling of gliding down the road, with the wind in my hair and a smile on my face, was absolutely exhilarating. I was thrilled to have my board working again, thanks to the outstanding support provided by the team. In conclusion, despite encountering a minor setback, the V8 Electric Skateboard has proven to be an incredibly enjoyable and reliable ride. Its fast charging, battery swapping feature, and regenerative braking capabilities make it a top choice for any electric skateboard enthusiast. Furthermore, the exceptional customer support I received when facing an issue speaks volumes about the company's commitment to their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend the V8 Electric Skateboard to anyone seeking an exciting and dependable ride. Get ready to experience pure exhilaration and make unforgettable memories with this fantastic E-Skateboard!

    The BEST Electric Skateboard

Please be advise that this review is going to be long. (Pictures and video to follow) Let me start by saying I been reviewing electric skateboard for over several years and have a few of them. But this E-skateboard is different from all my previous skateboard and all the E-skateboard I try from different vendors. 1. This is a GREAT E-skateboard for price and for anyone at any level. 2. GREAT customer services compared to other companies with similar product in the market. ( Extremely important for me) 3. The construction quality of this E-skateboard way superior to other in the market. ( Let me be fair they were other 5 including isinwheel with the same level of contribution quality) 4. Having the option to replace the battery definitely a HUGE plus for buyers like myself. (Please note that if you need to buy a extra battery you need to contact isinwheel support in order to email a link to buy the additional battery or any accessories that you need. Please make sure to include your order number in the email extremely important ) 5. The wheels are made out of polyurethane in which I was really surprised how smooth they run in different terrain. Compare to other similar products in the market were they rubber wheels that don’t last long. ( Don’t recommend you to use the E-skateboard in the rain because is really trick to break at any level.) 6. The Braking system is a standard similar to similar product in the market. 7. A features that this E-skateboard has the advantage over similar product is the built-in green lights under the skateboard for safety while enjoying it at night. (Please note: Make to press on the button next to power button in the remote to active the light) 8. The wireless remote is pretty standard compared to similar products in the market. 9. The grip of the of top of the E-skateboard was very surprising. (Really good grip surface for better handling as well as for breaking.) 10. The board has a unique futuristic look that match the green light under the skateboard. Here my overall review of isinwheel electric skateboard. This skateboard is a GREAT product that any age group will love. Is also tons of fun that you wish you had that extra battery to keep going. Pro: • Really nice long board • Really fast even if you weigh 251 lbs 🤪 • Very durable wheels and tall as well. • Really nice grip on surface • The option of buying a extra battery • GREAT customer services Con: • I wish they had different colors. • I wish the light can change in different colors.

    I am in love ❤️

I spent a long time looking for a versatile, quality electric longboard and that's exactly what I got. Do not underestimate this thing, I like to consider myself a rather well rounded skater/longboarder and I strongly recommend ALWAYS setting your speed mode to 1 to start and move your way up. If you start at 3 or 4 the acceleration is incredibly fast and can easily sweep you off your feet as the remote is very touchy when in those modes (just a safety precaution). I'm a 230 lb dude and I get up to 25mph on level 4 and I wouldn't feel comfortable going any faster than that, and if you do plan on going over 20 definitely tighten up your trucks, the back truck at the very least. The wheels are a dream, I use mine on low level mountain biking trails with no issues, it will cut right through patches of gravel (I do not recommend if not an experienced rider) and it'll handle any terrain I've taken it on yet whether its sketchy rough asphalt, and I can confidently carve streets with loose rocks that would send you flying on a board with traditional longboard or skateboard wheels. The removable battery is just an awesome feature, I always keep a fully charged one in my bag. I haven't seen many boards out there with that feature. The ambient light setting is great, perfect for a nice nights stroll without getting hassled by the law (depending on the officer of course) like I said I'm rather experienced but I wear full padding, elbows, knees, helmet and wrist guards. Im not trynna send myself into the stratosphere if I fall at 25mph so just do yourself a favor and wear your gear, it won't take long to find out why. I've been humbled by the board a few times by getting careless with the throttle and it will sweep you off your feet if you're not gentle and don't have a lead finger lol also the brakes on it are just amazing, I'm still figuring out how to change the settings (I didn't know you could until an hour ago) but they are very dependable and smooth. I would definitely recommend this board to anyone over 14 easily. Just remember safety first, you won't regret it!

    Good longboard, horribly inconsistent battery

The board is good, as a beginner, it's really easy and fun to use. The main problem is the battery is really bad, sometimes it lasts longer or less despite the fact that I charge it the same amount of time each time I use it. It doesn't even last 4 miles either way. It's a great board, don't get me wrong, I just wish the battery was more consistent at the very least, I love everything else despite that. For short daily commutes, I recommend but make sure it's a mile or less, otherwise you'll end up having to ride it normally or walk home. I'd definitely spring up for the V8, it's amazing if we ignore the horrible battery

Support fixed the issue quickly and effectively

Overall: I purchased this for my 9 year old for Christmas. The variable speed and low price to entry were the selling points. The board is solid & well made. The grip tape cover the whole board and provides solid traction. The remote is light and was concerned falls about but so far no issues (will update if this changes). There is a single drive wheel to move the board forward/backwards. On an include, you have to use a higher level of speed (adjustable from 1(slow) to 4(faster). We found that after a few minutes of learning the board staying on level 4 was no issue. Main concern for new riders: Braking. Newtons Law very well applied and a quick learning lesson for anyone not paying attention. The board can gain speed and when you hit the brake if you are not leaning back or prepared for deceleration you are going forward off the board. Support: The first board I ordered did not work as expected, I could not turn off the board and the remote seems to not sync. You have 3 options, flat return to amazon, call support or email support. Emailing fit my desires better, I ordered early enough that I had time to email a few times (knowing it would take longer) vs calling. The support person I received (Jessica) was amazing, she answered each question in a timely manor, gave prompt, accurate service and replaced the board in plenty of time for charging / testing prior to Christmas. I am sure calling would of worked just as well but emailing was a fine avenue for me. Overall, the board meets all expectations, does what is says and support was what I would hope it would be for any issues I have.

    Good value; good customer service

This is my first e-longboard, however I have been boarding now for the better part of 20yrs. Quite honestly I don't recommend e-boards to beginners at all; I think you are much better off learning on a normal board, taking falls on a normal board, before tackling something that can shoot you to 25mph. That being said, this board is immensely fun. The controls are intuitive and easy to get a hang of; acceleration is good enough for me to ride this confidently in NYC traffic. Brakes are ok- but good to get on them early if you really need to stop- if you need to stop immediately and you are moving quickly, you will need to combine with foot-braking. But for all intents and purposes, if you know your way around a longboard, you'll be fine. The 105mm wheels are great for rough roads and even the larger bumps one would experience (potholes and such). Trucks have enough flexibility to navigate around the city, and generally stable enough at speed- I always ride loose and am pretty easy going in this regard. My only complaint is on battery life/range; the battery included was faulty and only gave me about 4miles of range- to the company's credit, they did send me a new battery free of charge quickly when I reached out, and this new one is getting me closer to 8 miles of range- just don't expect 12-20 miles of range, unless you weigh 25lbs and plan on riding it on ice, it just isn't going to happen. Friction, general variety of grades, weighing more than an a cantelope, will contribute to closer to 8miles of range. I decided not to use the green lights when I am commuting to extend battery life; they do look good though and I'll just turn them on to show off every once in a while. For visibility I recommend installing some shredlights. All in all, a solid board- constructed very well and I feel safe/confident riding it around. I'll check back in if something goes wrong, I've only had it for about a month.

    Very Impressive Electric Skateboard

This skateboard is a lot of fun. We have several electric toys, scooters hoverboards and one wheels. This skateboard was fun in a totally different way than the others. It’s a longboard and can be skated on without the power then hit the accelerator whenever you want. It definitely has some weight to it but not to heavy to carry. It has 4 speeds and they are needed. Speed 4 is very fast. I have gotten it up to 25 MPH and honestly, I do not want to go any faster than that. It does take a minute to get used to the throttle and brake. The brake also has settings 1 through 4. It will stop quite fast when needed. The best way to start for me is to push like a skateboard and once I get moving then hit the throttle. It will get me up a hill just fine and I weight 180 pounds. I really like that the controller has your speed and all the battery info on it. If you need to glance down when rolling it is very easy to. It is very comfortable and stable to ride. I would say the only negatives I ran across were that the wheels are a little hard. On a rough road it can be a rough ride. It does go over cracks in the road very nice though. I was curious if I would have to be really concerned about cracks and I didn’t have to be. The turning radius isn’t the sharpest when compared to a one wheel but that’s just the nature of a long board. The power button on the bottom is a little hard to feel if you don’t want to turn it over to power it on. The green LED lights are really cool at night though. I wouldn’t have any problem commuting around town on this board. The battery lasts a while but a lot of that depends on how fast you are riding it. The battery is also removable, I guess you could purchase another if needed and swap them out. I did end up putting some soft Velcro tape on the battery because it does rattle a little on rough roads. Overall for the money this thing is a blast. Having all the power that you could want makes it a blast. I highly suggest wearing a helmet and wrist guards at the least.

Great for old geezers like me

I bought this as an early birthday present for myself. 2 weeks before my 64th birthday. Not my smartest move, but still a great decision! As of now, I've put about 20 miles on it, and have only had 2 major wipeouts (I can fly!!!). I hadn't been on a skateboard for about 48 years, a plastic board with 1st generation pu wheels, so I was amazed at how much they have changed. I had a lot of trouble with balance at first, but a single turn on the trucks fixed a lot of those issues. I bought it to commute with, as I'm just sick of riding bikes and wanted something more fun to ride. I definitely got the fun on this one. I commute anywhere from 10-15 miles a day, but I'm in no hurry as I don't have to work anymore (no need to be jealous), so it's perfect for me. I would recommend you get all the safety equipment, and I should probably follow my own advice, but it's just too much fun. Still learning it, on level three on the power, and it's so much fun. Have only ran it dry once so far, and that was about 7 miles. Not a reliable indicator of range as my skill set is pretty low. On the plus side, all the kids think I'm cool. Fun, fun, fun. Beginner adult

I know a little bit about skateboarding, enough to start on a board and turn; small things as I tried and didn’t keep it up. I got this and it was fairly easy to handle. I had to tighten the trucks and I was able to get up the street and back on the highest. This is better than I thought it would be. As a beginner this is exactly what I need. The only complaint I would have is I doesn’t go uphill that good but I’m okay with that considering it excels at everything else and I kind in Michigan so it’s mostly flat.
