Great quality for an extremely reasonable price.

For the price you can't beat this camera for indoor use. Plenty of features. No subscription. Plenty of storage. Great connection speeds. Maybe a small issue with false alarms, but for a sub $40 price point you can't ask for much more.

Updated review: finally available in app

I just received this new cam and it can't be added to the app. I jumped on it due to a new cam discount, and have previously had no problems with any of the Eufy devices I've used, including indoor & outdoor cams, HB3, video door lock, trackers, etc., so I'm familiar with how to add new devices in their app. The C210 isn't listed yet, so you can't add & set it up. Tech support confirmed I have the latest version but otherwise no help; I did see a note that they're aware there's 'issues' with this latest version of the app, so please wait for an update; may or may not be related. I would NOT recommend buying this new cam until you can even properly add it to use it. NOTE - I did try to add it as other wired cams in the app (including the 2 other pan & tilt cams) but none would work. I checked the battery cams, since Eufy choose to use the 'C210' designation for an outdoor battery cam too. I was able to go through MOST of the configuration to add it as one of those cams, up until name it; it hung up there, and does not show up in the device list. However, if i point the camera at myself, I get app notifications someone is seen. Hopefully they update their app soon. UPDATED 5/3/24 - Eufy reached out and offered a full refund a couple of days ago. The next day an updated version of the app had the camera available. So far it works well, I will continue to update this review if necessary

    outstanding camera

I have several different Eufy cameras around my home now along with Blink cameras. These have a way better response time than Blinks. Eufy's provide great security.

    Frustrating to set up

The set up for this was frustrating. There are two indoor cameras that have the same image but they are different, one will ask you to scan a QR code and the other you need to generate the QR code with the app (this one). If you start on the wrong one it will not tell you anything other than 'incorrect code'. If you contact Live Chat it is AI so there is no real help - just refers you to the app since it cannot know anything beyond the vagaries of info it is fed. 'See the app', it says. When the device powers up it will tilt down and hide the SD card slot, then it will only connect to YOUR wifi before eventually allowing connection to the HomeBase3, but not before complaining there is no SD card in the now hidden slot. It seems to work so.. there's that, but that is almost a consolation at this point. Frustration could have been avoided with a better app (since it knows the QR code is a serial number of a diff device and an recognize its own devices it should just do the right one, or suggest it). So, check the model is "Indoor Cam C210", there is more than one C210 and more than one device with this camera's image - you need to generate the QR code from the eufy app, the micro SD card slot is under the black square of its face, you can move it if you need to. Connect to home wifi first, connect to HomeBase in app.

    Fantastic camera for the price.

I already had the solar powered camera. This was very easy too set up and works exactly as described. I didn’t realize that it does not come with any storage. I had to get a plan with them to hold me over until I get the DVR.
