This wired headset with mic is geared more toward a smaller head. It has smallish ear cups, though the strap thing is adjustable for head size. I found that they sit very lightly on the ear, which is good for someone who gets overwhelmed or doesn't like pressure on their head. Also for someone who gets a headache when they wear earphones for too long. This will be a Christmas gift for a tween, so of course I tested it thoroughly since it will be stored for so long before she gets it. The sound quality was good. When I recorded my voice and played it back it about broke my earballs so there don't appear to be any volume problems either way. Played a YouTube video back just fine as well. Plug & Play; no drivers needed. It has four function buttons on the wire, which is great.

So this is super easy to use. It's literally plug and play. Comes with an adapter so that you can use standard USB or a type C adapter that way u can plug it into phones or laptops with C ports. I feel that this picks a rather large amount of background noise at all times. Even for standard calling or headset gaming applications. I would have to mute my mic for periods of white noise coming from my mic. The good news is there is the little controller on the cord and it has a volume +, - and mic mute button. It was cross compatible for me between apple, windows, and multiple android phones like OnePlus and Samsung. This is padded comfortably too. Really if this is worth the money would come to how much you want to spend and the quality ur looking for based on how much time you're going to spend using it. If you are in need of a headset such as this and you foresee that you're going to be using for long hours I would recommend something a little better. But this is a fair budget item and it is decent. The need of muting is a minor drawback and I would say the voice sounds a little boomy but if u pull further away from you mouth then it helps a good bit.

Wired USB headset with a reversible boom mic and controls on the cord (vol+-,mic mute & headphone mute). For me these were simple plug & play with my mac. No issues at all. The build quality seems pretty good. The sound quality is very good, mic reception is very good. Noise canceling is OK. Comfort could be better. The headset sizes up & down just fine and it is pretty light weight. The issue for me is the earpads are smallish so they rest on your ears (not around them) and the ear cushions are not soft enough so they get fatiguing after a few hrs. The best thing to me is the interface. My MBP only has USB-C ports. I have to use adapters for everything. It's awesome being able to use these headphones without an adapter! They do come with a USB-C to A adapter in case you are still rocking the A interface. ...ad in case you are wondering yes, you can connect these directly to an android device and they work great.
- Kat-astrophe2024-06-24Great for Meetings and Phone Calls
recently tried the EMEET On-Ear HS50 Wired Headset with Mic. As someone who spends 8 to 12 hours daily using a headset for meetings, calls, and supervision, I mostly rely on wireless earbuds. However, sometimes I need a traditional wired headset, especially when I forget to charge my earbuds. This headset is incredibly functional and plug-and-play ready as soon as you plug it in. Since I use a Mac with only USB-C ports, I appreciate that it comes with the default USB-C connector. The mic on this wired headset is exceptional. It offers a level of clarity that surpasses both my built-in mic and earbuds. Due to the clarity of the sound via the mic, it has quickly become my go-to for important calls or meetings. I also love that the mic is fully rotatable and can be placed on either side. I particularly appreciate the separate mute capability for both the mic and the sound. The red light indicating when it's muted is incredibly helpful during meetings. Additionally, the headset is very lightweight and comfortable for the price point. However, I would not wear these all day or more than a few hours at a time. A small amount of padding on the band is covered in lightweight nylon mesh. I prefer this to the more popular fake leather, which, at best, gets hot underneath and, at worst, evenly starts cracking or flaking off.
- Bender2024-07-10Good if you need both ears covered
This worked well for me on Teams with people around who didn't car or notice if I was on a call. Having both ears covered helps a little in that regard. It's not noise cancelling, but it helps. It also helps if you're on a call, and so is your neighbor and you don't want to hear them say it and then hear it again on the call. The mic sound quality seemed good enough according to other people on the call and the headset was pretty comfortable to wear on calls the seemed to never end.
- Country Cool2024-07-11Clear sound. Works very well.
These headphones work great. I find the sound to be clear and crisp. I tested the microphone by recording myself and playing the sound back. It did a great job of isolating my voice and ignoring the background noise going on around me (kids playing in the room next to me and ambient noise coming from the hallway). The padding on the headband and ear pieces is comfortable as well. This headset is a good value for the price.
- LynnE2162024-07-05Surprisingly good!
I don't have equipment for scientific measurement, but to my ear, the sound quality on these headphones is quite good, actually better than I was expecting. They include an adapter in case the computer you're plugging into only has USB-A ports, which I thought was really nice (I have a pre-USB-C desktop!). The pads were a little uncomfortable on my ears because of my glasses, but I suspect with use they'll loosen up. All in all, I'm quite pleased.
- Chris J2024-07-07Sound quality is not great.
Maybe it was just the set I got, but the sound quality is kind of meh. Even just using them for Teams calls I noticed peoples voices were just not great. I can say though the microphone does pick up very well, and every one I had a meeting with said I sounded fine.

Clear sound comfortable on the head great for call center work
- Heidi Shelton2024-06-25Great headphones
I really like the quality of these headphones. I like that they block out the noise but they're also very loud. The mic works great and they're very comfortable to wear. I'm not really a big fan of wired headphones but I can say that these work wonderful.
