I purchased the wireless keyboard and mouse for a cleaner home office setup. Unfortunately, a week after purchase and one recharge. The keyboard no longer functions. The mouse works great and I love it, but am very disappointed with the keyboard.

My wife loves these typewriter style keyboards from Trueque. The enhanced backlighting on the keyboard really sets this appart from other offerings. Another nice feature is how the keyboard and wrist rest stay connected. The magnets do a great job of keeping the securely connected during g long work sessions. The quality of this keyboard and mouse combo is exactly what we expect from an established brand like Trueque. We've had the previous version for a while now and it still works flawlessly after lots of use.

**Update** I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because of the customer service provided. The seller did reach out vía email a couple of times and since there was not much to be done for replacement due to address problems, they were open to replace item. Full refund was issued. A co worker recommend this keyboard but at least in my experience the keyboard never fully worked. The only part of the keypad that function were the first row, all other keys didn't. I reached out to customer service and they did reach out quickly, they sent further troubleshooting instructions but none worked. They offered to replace the product but none of the 3 address I provided worked for them. The did offer a full refund, so I'll be waiting on that.

I love this Keyboard....I don't keep hitting the adjacent keys, the reaction of the keys is wonderful. I highly recommend this Keyboard. It is much easier to use the raised keys. I love the back lighting too...blue is my favorite color.

the mouse connected just fine but the keyboard doesn’t. it lights up like it’s on but then doesn’t connect to computer and then light turns off after few seconds. for $40 you’d think this is good quality but it actually feels pretty cheap.

I freaking love this typewriter. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. It takes a min to get use to the old typewriter keys, but once you did, you're fine. No connectivity issues and no lag. My only complaint is the charging time for the keyboard - 6 hours. Without the backlit keys on, it lasts 30 hours of working time and with the backlit, on full brightness, it lasts around 15 hours. The only other thing I don't like is that you can't keep the mouse one solid color. Other than that I love it!

I love the round keys … and its colors. I love the feel of the cooking reponds well… the wrist rest comes on and off quickly mouse is great too.. no batteries necessary all charged by wire when needed and and wireless to use

I do like the soft click on the keyboard and the mouse. However, I really wanted a happy splash of color in my usually stressful workday and the light up on this keyboard just doesn't do it.
