So far so good, I've been looking for something like this for a long time and I'm glad I found this one.

This is a great tool that is easy to transfer files from phone to stick and back. Then to transfer from stick to computer is very easy.

I've been debating on leaving a review but after trying numerous ways to recover my photos and videos I'm left wishing I had never bought this product. I'm more than upset but the time between the loss and posting my review have given me time to prevent language that would be inappropriate. I should have stopped after the first time it glitches out, I was transferring videos from my phone to the drive and it stopped randomly and refused to move the files (the work around was to "copy" them into a whole NEW folder -_-*). I attempted to move more video files and it glitched out saying the files were read only and it failed to finish. I watched the storage count go from over 100gb down to 60! When I re opened the drive I saw over 1,000 videos and photos had vaporized into thin air... nothing I've been able to do has successfully restored anything. I've given up and I'm only praying that the ones still left all moved to my laptop without any corruption. This is the only time I've ever left a review saying this, but Do not buy this product.

Very affordable and easy to use. Transferring images and videos was fast. I am satisfied with this product.

Love this little storage device.

Does exactly what it needs to without any fussy programs. Has a real USB-C, not an adaptor, so feels sturdy. Not super fast, but fast enough for my needs. But, yeah, those little caps are ridiculous.

I thought it would be easy to download the photos from my cell phone to the stick, but still fighting to figure it out

I'm not always a whiz in figuring out how I something new have purchased should be used. But an instruction sheet would help get me going. Hello Google.
