I was VERY impressed with how easy it was to set up. I use an iphone, bluetooth connection. All ya do is download the app from the qr code, and turn it on, load the paper, go to the app and push connect to printer. Wow! Took me literally 5 minutes! Very easy. Very awesome! Works right out the box! IM SO HAPPY!!!! Thank you so much Amazon Seller! (Idk their name) :]

The worst experience I've ever had with a printer. Actually, the printer worked fine. The software that goes with it is complete junk. All I wanted to do was print a 6" x 4" pdf label. They only give options for length and width and who knows what that is measured in. It's not inches, centimeters, or millimeters. The how to videos posted are unhelpful as it skips over the part about selecting the size in the software. The Printer is A4. That was not a choice. So I give this product an F as it only had one job. I sent it back for a refund after wasting half a day trying to figure it out.

I bought this just a few weeks ago and I have been able to print a few hundred labels on it without any issues. One change I wish they would do is allow us to retract a label after loading it because I switch between label sizes every so often. This would prevent wasting labels, but this is just a minor inconvenience. I have ran 150+ labels at one time and it finished all of the labels in less than roughly 1 minute. Super impressed so far. Might buy a second one so I can have a 2x3 and 4x6 printer that I can print to back and forth.

This printer and its software is complete garbage. I downloaded the app provided in the instructions and it spit out one tiny small scale label of the incorrect size compared to the label itself before completely going to crap and no longer configuring with the labels that came with the thing. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Update* The replacement has arrived and functions as described in the owners manual. Original Review: I really was excited for this printer since I needed one for my job but unfortunately the good feeling wore off after the installation which was really easy and well documented. The printer didn't recognize the labels that came with it but I had some spares laying around that it liked A LOT. I couldn't get it to print the test page like the owners manual says it will but it was really good at feeding empty labels out the front so I figured I'd give it a go. I told my computer to use it as a primary printer and sent the project through twice. It printed and fed over 40 labels printing the same project over and over until I turned it off. After that it quit recognizing the labels in it and I never could get it to calibrate or print the test page

This product will not connect to my Bluetooth and now the paper feed button keeps beeping at me constantly. This was trash from the minute I turned it on spend 10 dollars more and get better quality. I should have returned it when I had the chance. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

When I first opened box, I couldn’t find instructions to set it up and was VERY defeated! Reverted back to Amazon to watch OTHER ppl’s review videos to set it up, life saver 🛟🙌🏽, although I had to watch it several times because it seemed a bit redundant but if you follow along with video you’ll get it set up in no time with a breeze. If you don’t watch video, good luck because the blinking lights will tell you it’s ready when it’s really not. You gotta follow the sequence in the video. So watch the video. Other than that it’s nice NOT to need ink, you really do need the instructions to download app compatible to printing Bluetooth. That wasn’t as readily available as I would have liked. Afterall it was a QR code located in the instruction manual that I had trouble finding. Could have been a minor oversight on my end but my review my opinion lol 🤣 Lastly I will say for value of money, I was sooooo tempted to get a more expensive label printer but this gets the job done. No need to spend over $100 for a label printer. This is enough. A cheaper one prob probably would even do the job just as well but performance and the value for money is pretty good. Size is also relatively decent as well. Not too big or bulky and only takes up small piece of real estate on a desk. For right now the quality and all is ok for now. I loved this printer at first but after 2 weeks it started only printing half of the info on the labels. Each label was half white, and half printed. I cleaned the lens that didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, but that didn't work either. It's also tricky to change the labels if you aren't using the roll style labels. You almost have to close it completely to fit the labels inside to reload them (these are the stacks of folded labels. I really wanted to like this printer but it only lasted 2 weeks.

As an online reseller and a frequent package returning person, I do need to print a LOT of labels. I have been eyeing on some printers for awhile and this is definitely a game changer because it saves me up on so much ink! Since this is a thermal printer then I don’t even need to worry about buying ink pads to refill the printer anymore! And I no longer need to worry about duct taping my paper shipping label onto boxes anymore- super convenient, easy to set up, and easy to use!
