I have several Tile Pros, and I like them, I found myself searching for the receiver for the glucose monitor several times. There wasn't a way to attach a Tile Pro, so I ordered a Tile Sticker. I like that I can find anything with a tile attached. I knew my checked bag went to the same airport I did even before the cabin crew opened the doors at the gate. I have found my keys, several times, I have found my phone several times using the tile to ring the phone. One time my keys fell in the snow, but I didn't notice until after I had driven the rental car to the hotel. My phone / Tile knew where the keys were last located. When I returned to the parking lot I was able to ring the Tile and find my keys. The reason the Tile Sticker only gets 4 stars is the 3-year nonreplaceable battery. ALL Tiles SHOULD use a replaceable CR2032 battery like the Tile Pro. The only reason I can think of to use a nonreplaceable battery is planned obsolescence. Tile would rather sell me a new Tile every three years than to allow me to replace a CR2032 battery once a year. Instead of a dollar a year for replaceable batteries it will be $30 every three years. I wonder why Tile chose to use nonreplaceable batteries.

I adopted a new kitten a few weeks ago and for the most part, she stays with me. If she is not with me she will come when I call her. Well, one day, I could NOT find her. I was panicing. I tore my house apart looking for this kitten. I was calling for her and she was NOWHERE. I looked under every piece of furniture, in cupboards, drawers and cabinets (I have a 3 year old, so covered all bases!). Anyhow, it was like 30 minutes of freaking out being CONVINCED that she got out somehow... Well, suddenly, she just pranced her little butt out of my bedroom. I have NO idea where she was, but she found one heck of a hiding place. I decided that was NOT happening again and I ordered an Apple AirTag even though I have an Android phone. I read that it would work with Android, but even after paying for the app it recommended, it was garbage, so I returned it and ordered the Tile. I was wanting to avoid the annual charge that Tile has, but here I am! I was able to turn the tone off so it doesn't scare her if I need to find her. The Tile is smaller than the AirTag, but the sticker model still fits in the AirTag holder I bought for her collar. I like that it will alert me if it goes out of range, so if I am in my house and the Tile says I left it behind, I will know there is trouble and I need to locate her. The Tile doesn't show directional information, but tells you how strong the signal strength is so you know if you are at least going in the right direction, and if you aren't using it for a pet like a normal person, the tone is really loud so you definitely will be able to locate a lost remote or whatever you are looking for. Overall, I am happy with it and would recommend it for tracking pets, even if that was not the device's intention.

I have the key chain trackers for my two sets of keys, and when I bought an e-bike last year I bought the sticker to go on my bike. I did run into an issue where the battery died only after 9 months despite advertising a 3 year battery life. I contacted customer service. They had wanted me to troubleshoot, but as the battery was dead that didn’t happen. They’re replacing it for me. Not only is the product something that makes life easier especially as someone with ADHD and the ability to misplace everything, but customer service is excellent. There are a lot of new trackers on the market, but the customer service will be what keeps me coming back to Tile.

Works well so far not lost them though thankfully. Have lost the connection due to turning off app and when reconnecting and “find” neither cat freaked out with beep! Astounding as they are skittish about ALL . Naybe because so close and weren’t able to figure why they were herping but amazed

As you can see, our remote ends up in weird places and the tile tracker cuts down on time searching- because who would think to look in the utensil drawer? We have another type of remote that has a very smooth surface that the tile tracker adhesive won’t stick to, so we had to also tape it on. So maybe a stronger adhesive would be an improvement. If you could pick between the temporary and the permanent that might be nice. I also have connectivity problems sometimes. Even if the tracker is sitting right out in the open it will just say that it’s “trying to connect” and it takes several tries to get it to work. We use the stickers just for finding remotes- but a comment on the functionality of the tracker for lost items out of the home. My wallet was stolen last year and I had a tile tracker in it. It would pop up as “found” several times, sporadically, but it was just when the thief happened to cross paths with a Tile user. It was super frustrating because I’d drive to the location and it was obviously a short blip in connectivity. The last time it was detected was at the entrance to the dump- so the thief had finally throw it away :( I never did recover it. So good for finding stuff around the house, but not helpful for actual lost and stolen items, in my opinion.

I have purchased well over 1,000 items on Amazon. This is the first time I've left a negative review. I have three young children and a lot of TVs and remotes. I bought these to minimize the inevitable frustration that ensued on the rare occasion I wanted to watch TV. The remote was never where it was supposed to be. So, I thought the Tile solution would fit my needs. First, the app forces the user to allow location services on the phone. Programmatically, there is no good reason to need to track where my cell phone is AT ALL TIMES. I am not ok with this. This means that every time I wanted to use the Tile app, I had to manually turn location services back on and wait for the Tiles to be found. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Often, even when the remote was in the same room, it just wouldn't find it. -- STRIKE ONE Second, I have a permanently flush mounted iPad to control my smart home. My HVAC, all interior and exterior lights and switches, gates and garage doors, pool controls, security and cameras, whole home audio, whole home network, etc. Everything works perfectly -- except the Tile App. TILE APP OPPERATES ONLY IN PORTRAIT MODE. Not a deal killer, but a nuisance. Lastly, and most importantly, I spent ~$175 on buy seven Tile locators. The first one failed in a matter of months due to depleted battery. In less than a year, all seven of them are junk. There is no changing the battery. I had to throw all of them away. And keep in mind, i was try to track my remote controls around my house - Nothing serious. Unless you like wasting money. StAY AWAY.

I bought this tile for my AirPods case because I kept losing it and was dropping $100 every month on getting new ones. Losing my airpods are no longer a problem with This product. It tracks it and also plays a sound to help find it. The only con I had was the adhesive, it kept falling off so i ended up just supergluing it on. Highly recommended.

I put Tiles on both tv remotes and one in my wallet. So far the tiles on the remotes have helped me find my phone 4x! Love Tiles!

I believe it's a good product, luckily I haven't had to use it since I got it, haven't lost anything since. But the adhesive came off and I guess they don't sell just that, if anyone knows where I can get a secondary adhesive please let me know

I have activated the 3 other tiles: pro, mate & slim with ease. Almost returned the "sticker" tile as hard to press in tiny side button to activate or use. (The other all have large buttons marked "tile" that press in.) It does work, but too difficult. Wondered if it was flawed as only have one. Keeping the sticker. Plan to use sticker on remote or cat when travelling & wearing harness. (Tried to use the "mate" on cat's collar. No! Too big & heavy for 14# cat.) The tile system works well at least at my house.
