Unable to register with Honeywell Total Connect. Registration page just freezes and spins. Honeywell website advises an indication of the product having been registered (used) already. Touch function sucks. Takes several tries to get it to work. Unacceptable for the price of this item. Going back and will not buy another. Important to me to have remote access as advertised.

I have 2 of these and I think they’re great. Buyer beware. The refurb one I bought was flawed ! An unscrupulous buyer returned their old broken one and a refurb’ing seller cleaned it up and resold it as good. Amazon handled my return no problem, though.

I installed this t-stat at our lake house. It's great to be able to monitor the indoor temp from anywhere you are. We don't run the a/c or heat when we're not there so I can turn the system on before we leave to go up there and the house is either cooled or heated when we get there. Also during the winter if the house starts getting too cold I can just turn the heat on from my phone or computer. Best money I've ever spent

So easy to install and setup, change temp and program schedule.

As long as you have a Common wire to feed this thing 3 volts, it works great. Looks like new and works like new.

Easy direction for installations, kind ofneasy to set.

Very easy to wire in and fairly simple to setup. Took awhile to figure out how to connect wifi so can access from my phone.

This has the same installation wiring as the RTH9585WF, the display quality is better than the RTH9585WF on the customer setting. I installed this in the bathroom because of the display layout. It has the date and time on the left side, this made it easy for me. I know my phone has it.

Over the past 5 years of buying products on Amazon this was the worst purchase yet. The item said renewed which it wasn't because it was still registered to the previous owner. I returned this item which was accepted but waited almost 3 weeks for a refund. And to top it all off, this was a mother's day present.
