This a 24V product made for installation in a US heating/cooling system. Doesn't work in Australia without additional relay and 24V power supply.

I use nest for all of my thermo stats and the added functionality of this new version has been great. I use the nest app and google home app and the temperature control from anywhere makes it so easy

You can never override the eco setting on this device. It will think you’re away when you’re home, and change the temperature constantly to 74 which is not great in the middle of the summer. We are beyond frustrated with this device and do not understand why anyone would want this thermostat. We missed our return window so will be calling nest directly because it’s actually the thermostat from hell.

don't buy this thermostat for a vacation home as there is no long term "hold temperature" function.
